Assembly of my 3x3 pergola was done flawlessly, top quality and cleanliness. They had to interrupt and come a second time because there was a missing part in what the vendor shipped and they didn't even complain. I was charged as quoted. I'm fully satisfied.

We couldn’t be happier with the incredible job Shane did installing our sauna! From start to finish, he was professional, efficient, and clearly passionate about his craft. Every detail was handled with care, and his expertise really showed throughout the entire process. The end result is absolutely stunning – the sauna looks amazing and works perfectly. Shane was also a pleasure to work with: friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything was just right. If you're considering a sauna install or anything at all, we can’t recommend Shane at Kitset highly enough. Top-notch service and exceptional quality!

Time for an honest review
Time for an honest review. Absolutely terrible service. Quotes are high and you would expect some degree of care in organising and conducting installations. These guys are loose, they use anyone they can to install which results in terrible results.

We take all feedback seriously, but in this case, we believe there may be a misunderstanding - or perhaps a case of mistaken identity.
We’ve checked our records thoroughly and have no record of any estimate requests, bookings, or service history under your name. All Kitset Assembly Services jobs are logged through our secure system, which tracks every customer interaction. We also note that this is the only review you've posted on Trustpilot, which raises further concern.
To clarify, our Assembly Technicians are all vetted owner-operators running their own franchise businesses - we don’t just “use anyone” for installations. Each Technician has a strong incentive to deliver excellent service, and our pricing is fully transparent, with estimates provided online and agreed upon prior to any booking.
We respectfully believe your review does not reflect an actual experience with our company, and we have submitted a report to Trustpilot for further investigation.
