The thing I like about her abaya is that is very detailed, I would buy again and I love how there are names similar to people I know it makes it funner to buy!!

Do not buy anything from this company. They charge £50-£100 for majority of their abayas but their quality is really bad. Half their beads are missing, threads are loose so more beads fall off and after 1 wear half your abayas beads are all falling off. I contacted them regarding this and they decided to respond back saying they ‘flagged’ my email and will no longer be contacting me. (Just because I contacted them regarding the poor quality of their abaya).
They said it’s product misuse when it’s clearly not, it’s clearly manufacturing defects which I have recorded proof of as this company doesn’t like to deal with or except their products being faulty. This has been a common issue amongst my family and friends who have also ordered from kiyamah abayas.
Regarding my recent order with them I returned both items worth £163.99 back to them due to it being faulty and one of the abayas design is completely different to what they advertised on their website. They refuse to help me with this issue or give my refund back even after I have returned the items back to them and they have received it. Instead they told me to ‘contact my bank’. They do this purposely as they know some people don’t know how to get a Refund through their banks and in that way they get to keep our money.
Terrible customer service especially being an Islamic company! Very disappointing.

Every since buying my Abayas from Kiyamah Abayas for years now, I do not go anywhere else as Kiyamah Abayas have the best luxurious stunning unique designs & The best customer service, I know people internationally who are a big fan of Kiyamah too I highly recommend Kiyamah Abayas for any occasion or daily elegant abayas! 🥰♥️ it’s sad to see the bad reviews from fake jelous people when I know all my family friends and relative abroad also love and enjoy Kiyamah Abayas so please ignore the envious fake reviews and order for yourself and see how stunning the abayas are and how amazing the company is as well as super quick shipping 🥰

Kiyamah Abaya have be one of my favourite abaya companies. From the very first order, I was completely impressed.

The quality is absolutely top-tier. The fabrics are luxurious, But it’s the designs that truly steal the show each abaya is stunning, elegant, and uniquely beautiful, offering the perfect blend of modesty and high fashion.

I’ve now bought so many abayas from Kiyamah that my wardrobe is practically a collection! I find myself reaching for them over everything else. The love for this brand didn’t stop with me—I’ve successfully gotten my entire family and circle of friends hooked on Kiyamah too! We all agree: once you wear one, nothing else compares.

If you’re looking for abayas that offer exceptional quality, breathtaking design, and make you feel incredible, look no further. Kiyamah Abaya is in a class of its own. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Ordered an abaya from here and the quality was amazing! The delivery came extremely fast and was here for Eid. Customer service was amazing- I was worried that it would not come in time for Eid so sent a TikTok dm and the response was so prompt. Will definitely be ordering more abayas in the future !!

I wish I read their revieuw earlier. They ignored my emails, my dm and on tiktok live I asked that I want a refund they ignored my request. The girl who was marketing on tiktok live is so rude like if you can’t stand that your customers asking alot of questions this work is not made for you.

I ordered an abaya and when it arrived the quality of the slip dress was cheap so I requested for a refund or an exchange at least. I emailed them twice and was ignored. I DM’d them and was ignored and then I messaged them in TikTok live and still ignored. When they finally responded weeks later they told me I wasn’t able to request for a refund as it’s been over the request period when they are the one that ignored me for weeks!!!! If they responded back to me on time it wouldn’t have been over the request period and they know that but don’t want to acknowledge that or give me a reason on why I wasn’t ignored for so many weeks!

If there was a zero, I would give this company zero. I received an abaya and when I went to wear it I noticed that there was beading missing. I contacted customer services who were extremely rude and refused to help in any way. When I left a comment on their instagram page they blocked me and continued to ignore me. I e-mailed them and was also ignored. Please do not order from them!!

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. Disgusting customer service. Spent £120 on one abaya and I have emailed multiple times to complain and NO ONE has acknowledged my concerns. Their sizes are all wrong as well. For a Muslim-owned company, I expected more. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to buy from here. The returns policy gives it all away. Poor quality in the clothes as well, nothing as promised. I highly recommended everyone to steer far from this so called company.

Do not buy from here, spent over 150 on 2 abayas, nothing like the image, came damaged, contacted them immediately, no response, the abayas look nothing like the image, terrible material, absolutely disgusted. Wanted to support a small business. Wasted my money. So disheartened by the quality and service. Absolute scam, I should have figure by the return policy. Will be spreading the word.
