Disappointed with customer service
I was sent a code for a 15% discount but it didn’t work. I emailed Klass but got no response so rather disappointed. Jumper I purchased was nice but overpriced so the discount would have been good

Very well. I had difficulty trying to make a returns but a nice young lady called Hayley sorted my problem out,it is very frustrating when not technically good but was very satisfied with the help I was given.

I have had a bought clothes from Klass before. Been very happy with my clothes I got. Decided to have another look at what was on offer. I fancied a blouse for a change, I bought 4 all together. So comfortable. Material is so soft. Very happy. Price reasonable as well.

Beautiful clothing at a reasonable price. I saw this one blouse and loved the colours immediately. This might not seem like a big thing but having shopped online before I knew that colours weren’t always a vibrant as the photos made out. Service is excellent.
I just felt the jacket was not worth the price, even with the discount off. It was very very lightweight and reminded me of a kagool type jacket.
