KL Cycles offers exceptional service. They're incredibly quick to accommodate you, even during busy race and event periods. I confidently entrust my cherished Trek Emonda SL7 summer bike to them, and it consistently returns in flawless, problem-free condition. The atmosphere is welcoming, actively supporting local clubs and women’s events, without any of the usual condescension towards female cyclists. I highly recommend them.

Very friendly helpful service. I was cycling/passing by the area with serious index probs on my bike. Dan prompted to help out straight away. Accessed the problem in detail. Unfortunately it required parts and a lengthy process which I didn't have - I was travelling from/to a very long distance away. Had to carry on due to parts required to fully fix problem. Thank you. Highly recommend.👍

Amazing service at KL Cycles, they are always speedy to fit you in (especially when bike events and races are in the diary). Ben is a top guy who knows his stuff, first time road bike I purchased off FB took it straight to Ben to check over and do a service. I was concerned about a couple of things but he put my mind at ease.(he could have told me to change bits and I wouldn’t have had a clue). Instead he was honest because of this I recently went back and purchased a mountain bike from him and he is now my go to guy with bike repairs and servicing. Great guy and very knowledgable.

Took my standard MTB and e-bike in for service and slight issues. Bikes ride like new now. Sensible prices, quick and good work. Would thoroughly recommend

What Ben doesn't know about bikes is not worth knowing, from beginners to pro's, junior to adult,
Racer to Downhiller he has the knowledge and the equipment. Now he is up and running in the E-Bike zone with the full range and the equipment to fix and check the lot. A real Bike Shop.

Brilliant service bikes runs as good as new. Ben did not do any unnecessary work and service completed well within timelines. Will certainly be publishing KL Cycles with my cycling group.

Broke a spoke on my carbon wheels, phoned up KL cycles and they sorted me a new one quickly and efficiently, it arrived the next day.

Our rear wheel spectacularly failed 3 days into a 500 mile tour and KLcycles managed to fit us in first thing on a Saturday morning. Great service and saved our tour. Thank you

I had new bearings fitted to the hub of the front wheel of my mountain bike. Higher quality bearings were fitted and got the wheel back within a few days. Fast and reliable service!!!

Ben at KL has been great, service and knowledge is excellent. Will be shoping there again and reccomending anyone in the area to do the same.
