Fantastic bike service, completed on the day and ready to go. Open and honest without trying to get at a beginner cyclist (me) for their money. Would definitely use again and recommend!

I drove from Coventry to King's Lynn in May 2024, ready to start cycling The Rebellion Way.
On arrival, I was frustrated to find I hadn't brought my bike rack, which I needed to attach all my camping gear.
Ben, at KL Cycles in King's Lynn saved the day!
With no waiting time (despite being busy), he fitted a new rack for me - which turned out to be even better than the one I had left at home.

From first contact Ben was very knowledgeable and helpful. Ben made some adjustments to my son’s bike. It was ready for collection the next day and the job was very reasonably priced.

I called Ben after being recommended from a friend. Ben was able to sort of my issue quickly and efficiently and turn it around the same day ready for my event the following weekend. I bought a set of hyper 23 rim brakes. First up the wheels are great, and super good value. 1250 for wheels like that, and new, is excellent. Light, sharp, comfortable. Second up, I needed them for a trip on a short timetable. Ben negotiated with the (Chinese) company to get them in quick. And then the shop fitted the tyres (tubeless), cassette, etc. so out of the box, I just had to put the skewers on and that was it. All trouble free and great value

Was looking around to find someone to help with my bikes puncture, I found the website very useful and the leave a message part was brilliant. Ben got back to my right away and helped me book a time slot which worked in with me. Once there it was nice to have a friendly service and fixed my bike. The price was great as well, I will be back again to use this great little shop again. Many thanks for your great help

Took my sons bike to another 'reputable' dealer first who wanted an extortionate amount of money for repairs.

Looked up KL cycles and took a chance. Initially quoted half the price for the work from the first dealer but then called to say he didn't need to replace a part so it would be even cheaper.

I can't thank them enough.

Ordered a Winspace, less hassle than ordering direct with peace of mind.

Finally somewhere close to Mildenhall to get your bike serviced/repaired. They collected my bike from my work place and delivered back to my home address. Bike feels like new again ! Will for sure use them again.
