We were quoted $350 for a one bed and one bathroom apartment, cleaner showed up and said the job was bigger than what was advised even though no further details were asked. Ended up telling us it was an extra $80 PER wall and an additional $200 for the over, the total ended up being over a $1k for a one bed and one bathroom apartment. $99 deposit paid that was non refundable and their supervisor on the phone told my partner they would have to charge me even more money because they sent a cleaner out to do the job even though we told him we aren't going ahead. We were fine with paying slightly extra as we understand that things can change, but 3 times the quoted amount is daylight robbery. To the supervisor we spoke to, you're a scammer I hope you read this and see it. This is not a chauffeur service, even if it is, do not use it cause they are most likely going to scam you out of this as well. All staff you call through to is overseas and it is clearly a money pot scam.

RS chauffeurs service? Another clear red flag that this business is dodgy as they come. This is a review for KLEENING CREW BRISBANE. DO NOT under any circumstances use their services! Your quote will double once they arrive, they will not start cleaning until you pay in full, they will do a poor quality job and then not be available to fix it. On top of the exorbitant (almost $1000) fee, I had to pay another $290 for another cleaner to attend and fix the most basic issues eg. wiping light switches and skirting boards. Gone are the days of good, honest, trustworthy and reliable service. This ‘business’ is an absolute disgrace.

Absolute worse experience. Do not use them as they are just there to steal your money. Unreliable, rude, no transparency at all. They add on the most basic tasks that should be included in a normal end of lease and try to scam you for money. Stay well away.

We booked them to clean an apartment we had purchased prior to our moving in.

In hindsight, that was our first mistake.

At the same time, we also booked them to clean the house we had sold just prior to the new owners picking up the keys.

That was our second mistake...

The standard of cleaning the Kleening Crew provides is nothing like the website promise.

They employ the services of students and third-party operators.

They are not professional cleaners who employ and train their own people to uphold their website promise.

They also pressure you to pay prior to the job's completion.

Take my advice - beware and steer well clear of engaing this company.

Where do I start with this fraudulent scheme they have! Initially we get quoted for a studio apartment 300 plus GST! Upon arrival (40 minutes late) the guy takes 5 minutes and says it will be 625 +GST! They state the extras is because of scrubbing yes for scrubbing their explanation they wipe down! Also! We have an oven that has been only use twice (cleaned just needed their "wipe-down) thats 250 extra! Look folks Do not even waste your time they collect those deposits as their scheme!

I had a very disappointing experience with this company and would strongly recommend that customers carefully clarify the final price before paying a deposit.

I was originally quoted approximately $460 including GST for an end-of-lease clean and paid a $99 deposit based on that quotation.

When the cleaner arrived and inspected the property, I was suddenly told the price would be $1,185 + GST — more than double the original quotation. After I objected, they reduced it to $1,000 + GST, which was still more than twice the price I had originally been quoted.

I understand that a quote may need to be adjusted if the property requires additional work, but in my opinion, an increase of this magnitude is completely unreasonable.

After their cleaner left, I arranged for another professional cleaner to inspect the same property in the same condition. I was quoted $800, including additional work such as the balcony, internal and external windows, and thorough cleaning of the toilets, without unexpected additional charges.

No cleaning was performed by this company. I requested the return of my $99 deposit, but they refused, stating that their cleaner had attended the property and that the deposit was non-refundable.

What concerns me even more is that after this happened, I read other public reviews describing similar experiences involving a lower initial quotation followed by a substantially higher price after attendance.

For me, this is no longer about $99. It is about transparency, customer service and trust. I gave the company several opportunities to resolve the matter directly, but they maintained their refusal to refund the deposit.

Based on my personal experience, I would not use this company again. I recommend that anyone considering booking asks for the full terms and conditions and clear written information about possible price increases before paying any deposit.

Really happy with the cleaning service. The team was professional, punctual, and paid attention to the small details. Everything was cleaned properly and the place looked fresh and spotless when they finished.

The cleaners broke a ceiling light and refused to pay the costs to fix it. They did not clean the walls. Ended up needing to get a second bond clean by another company.

This was the best bond clean i’ve ever seen so far. Absolutely stunned by the results on a home that has been very neglected with a lot of built up grime. The oven is like new, the man who came to clean was kind and professional, and worked so diligently to get the job done paying attention to every detail. We left him to finish it and he locked up and even put out the welcome mat.

Awful company. Quoted a price, they appeared at agreed time, looked over the house and suddenly because this and that was "extra dirty" suddenly the "quote" rose to over $900. The thing is I was told by 2 other cleaners this would be an easy place to clean as there was nothing outwardly hard to clean. One was a friend who is a cleaner, and the others, the cleaners who actually did the job, for less than the original quoted price by these rip off artists. Stay away, disgusting behaviour and FFS get someone who can speak English properly!

Terrible Terrible service, would give zero starts if I could, STAY AWAY from this cleaning company. There were late, did not clean the property at all, were uncontactable, rude, aggressive, deceptive and misleading.

⚠️ AVOID THESE CLEANERS — ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL

Possibly the worst cleaning experience we’ve ever had. We booked an end-of-lease clean for a standard 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home. They turned up TWO HOURS late, and then had the audacity to tell us the price was suddenly $1,100 MORE because we apparently have an “extra-large balcony” and a “linen closet.”

A linen closet?! Seriously? This is a completely standard feature in a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home — and certainly not something that should result in an unexpected $1,100 surcharge.

The whole experience felt misleading, opportunistic and completely unprofessional. If these charges existed, they should have been clearly disclosed before arriving, not sprung on us after they were already two hours late.

Absolutely unacceptable customer service and pricing. We feel completely ripped off.

Do yourself a favour and stay away. There are plenty of professional cleaners who provide transparent pricing and actually show up when they say they will.

Asked for a bond clean quote on a 2 bed 1 bath apt.

Got quoted $400 over the phone.

Invoice arrived at $440 as quote randomly excluded GST.

Cleaner went to my apartment on a Saturday evening and called me a number of times asking if I wanted to pay an extra $200 dollars to clean the oven and other extra charges for random parts of the house. I was out of my house and busy so told them to just do a bond clean as normal so I can get my bond back.

My estate agent viewed the property and advised the shower hadn’t been touched, floors still dirty among other issues including ceilings and walls.

The bond clean company are now trying to revisit and charge me more money to finish the job.

Steer clear.

This is the most unprofessional, misleading company.
I dont know how they are trading
So many hidden things they wont do and want to charge for, even when its listed in the checklist.
I would never recommend them and I am trying to work out how to make a formal complaint as they should be investigated

I contacted Reign from Kleening Crew for a quote on an end of lease/Bond clean for my 3 bedroom 2 bathroom single storey house.
I was quoted $535 plus I added steam clean for 3 rooms $125
First I wasnt advised that this was excluding GST until i seen it listed on the invoice once I confirmed booking.
I paid a $99 deposit and booked it in.
A cleaning supervisor turned up to my house first before any cleaning crew.
Walked my property taking a video
then advised the carpets were extra because i had a small walk in, in the main room ( the whole room was still less then the standard size included)
Then confirmed no spot cleaning would be done on walls, this would be extra.
Stated the pantry in my kitchen was not included even though the checklist states cupboards in kitchen.
Moved on to hallway and he stated linen cupboard would not be included, i was happy to take this one as there was no cupboards listed in checklist for hallway.
Moving into laundry i was then advised the 2 cupboards i had in there was not included because its more then a standard laundry with just a sink tub.
All these things were extra.
I was happy to comprise on doing some of the things myself.

Then the really problem started when he told me they would not touch the oven.
Even though it clear listed Oven, Cooktop and range in the kitchen checklist
When we argued this point the “supervisor” continued to refuse and I advised I would complain and if i didnt get my bond back they would just have to come back and fix it as this was statement in the terms.
He packed up, walked out and drove away.
I continue to call his boss to discuss and come to a resolution he advised he would call me back after speaking to him and was then never heard of again.

I contact Reign at the office furst thing monday morning to demand my deposit back and it took over 7 days before i got it back

I had a quote for about $700 for. 2bedroom apartment. I expected to pay up to $1000 which is the highest end of the price range for end of lease cleaning. 2 men came and quoted $3200 saying it had to be deep cleaned. We took a cloth and wiped and everything came off easily. Told these guys to leave and got a real professional in and gave her the whole $1000 just for being good and fair. If you choose to use Kleening Crew prepared to get ripped off.
