If I could give zero stars I would. This is without a doubt the worst experience i've ever had with customer service. My daughter was gifted a $110 microscope for her birthday. It was broken when we received it. More than that it was not high quality like we hoped. You can find the same one elsewhere for $25. This is a total scam. After emailing customer service and asking for a full refund because they sent a defective product. I was told I could have a 3% refund and they would send a new one right away. I replied I wanted a full refund. They said I would have to send the product back at my cost plus a huge restocking fee ALL FOR A FREAKING BROKEN PRODUCT! They finally offered me a 10% refund and a new product that I feel like I have to settle for after a month of haggling and trying to find someone else to talk with. Truly the worst possible experience A TOTAL SCAM. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM EVER.
