Really helpful explanation and ongoing communication

Great to deal with a company who do what they say when they say they're going to do it! They hand hold you through the process and dont drop you as soon as you've paid the bill.

Good enough for me to introduce them to another family member...that says it all.

Like most people this was a big spend for us. Kieran and the rest of the team were very professional, and made the whole thing quite painless. I am very happy with my system so far

Decided to get solar panels & battery storage after umming and arring for 6 months. If you're unsure about staying in your home long-term, think carefully — it's a large investment with no guaranteed return on house value.
Kieren from KMM was great from the start — no pressure selling, gave me time to decide at my own pace, and built a system spec tailored to our current and future usage.
Scaffolding: The crew were careful and professional on site, but the lead was reportedly rude to customers over the phone (suspect they use different scaffolders for different areas but worth a note because it wasn't very professional and makes KMM look bad). After they installed roof brackets, I went up myself and found cracked tiles I suspect wouldn't have been flagged — they were replaced once I raised it. Don't be afraid to check. Also, the guardrail poles were overlapping and clanging loudly in the wind at night — I fixed this myself after the installers had left.
Scaffolding was up around 3 weeks total (monitoring required before removal) — worth warning neighbours in advance.
Commissioning electrician: Friendly and knowledgeable. There was a wiring issue with the gateway on the day, but it was fixed quickly the following morning. He followed up afterwards and even offered a free weatherproofing upgrade — great customer care.
Most frustrating part: The DNO approval process for SEG payments. My system was commissioned mid-January and I didn't receive export payments until end of March. I handled the paperwork myself which likely sped things up — I've heard others wait 6 months. Be prepared for this.
Overall, happy with KMM — just go in with eyes open on the admin side. Know what you're investing in and how to use it to its maximum.

Had an excellent service whilst installing my solar and batteries. The installation was smooth and quick. During the whole process I was kept up to date by the team. Thanks to Steve, Marcus and Roxanne.

I first enquired 4 months ago and soon got chatting to Kerin and we got on straightaway. He was in no way pushy on the sales and was there to answer any questions I had. He did all the relevant applications for me and the install was straight forward and done very quickly after the paper work cane back from UKPN. Also I am now getting paid for my solar I produce that I dont use on the farm. This was all sorted in less than 12hrs. Thanks Kerin and the team at KMM and also the guys from Peak Solar who carried out the work on the farm installing the panels great job all round. Would highly recommend

KMM helped us through the process of installing solar panels on a Listed Building, getting permission with good communication and lots of help. Marek and Roxanne were helpful and the AIM Eco team were very hardworking on site.

We recently had 21 solar panels installed in our property and cannot fault the service from Jon and the KMM team. We met Jon and Kieran at a local show and they were extremely friendly, professional, knowledgable and not pushy at all. From start to finish we cannot fault them and the continued support of having them there to help us choose the best energy provider and package has been brilliant. Thank you guys. We recently had solar panels installed on our period property and couldn’t be happier with the result. Keiran was great from start to finish – knowledgeable, practical, and always prompt. He really understood the character of the house and ensured the installation was sympathetic to the building while still delivering excellent performance.

The installation team were fantastic – hardworking, professional, and respectful of our home. They started early each day and stayed until the job was done, even working through terrible weather without complaint. Communication was clear throughout the whole process, and they left everything clean and tidy afterwards.

Jon Came to see me after I enquired online. He was very knowledgeable, well informed and not pushy at all. I was kept up to date throughout the install of 31 panels, sigenergy 8kw battery, 10kw inverter and gateway, even when there were issues in sourcing the Gateway. Install team from RLW were also great. System has been in for a few months and working well. Would definitely recommend.

Met them at a summer show and they were very quick and easy to deal with, worked out what we needed and the fitters were very tidy and easy to work with . All in all a good job done

From initial contact to survey and on to installation communication was good. All queries satisfactorily responded to. A smooth process from the beginning. Support ongoing if required.

After several years considering panels, Steve came out and designed a bespoke plan for our rather disjointed roof. He explained things simply and kept in touch throughout the process, doing his utmost to answer any queries.

Great experience working with KMM & especially Kieren on a 63kw system on an agricultural shed roof. Easy to deal with, quick at responding and plenty of enthusiasm!!
The installers AIM-ECO where really efficient and the electrician Lewis was particularly good and very helpful.

I was recommended KMM from a friend who had used their services. From initial contact right through to completion the team were on hand to help at any point of the journey. The survey was comprehensive and informative which helped make an informed judgement of KMM ahead of other competitors. They recommended small systems (8 panels) which barely utilised the roof space, but using their system you could visualise the benefits of larger system easily which suited our needs better. We ended up with a 29 panel system which is working efficiently. Nothing was too much trouble and any questions were promptly answered. I would highly recommend KMM.

I met KMM and Kieren at cereals event last summer and he was very easy to talk to, knowledgeable and answered any question I could think of!
Booked a convenient time for Kieren to come to the house to measure up Kieren came up with a plan, kept in touch throughout and before we knew it, the system was installed 14 panels EV charger and a battery all very well installed with all wires routed well with little disruption . Very pleased would recommend to anyone thinking about it to talk to kieren!

We booked a convenient time for Kieren to come to the house to measure up, determine our needs and price up a quote. Again, NO pressure. We decided to go ahead and picked a date. Kieren kept in touch when necessary and before we knew it, the installation day arrived. Scaffolders arrived, nice blokes. Then the installers arrived. The lads were polite, tidy and got on with the job and were done in time for me to do the school run. The service didn’t stop there. Kieren was back in touch checking how the install went, and once the certificates came through he went the extra step, making the journey to visit to get me set up on the best tariff.
I’ve had a few queries about the app and he was right back to me with an answer. Top bloke, very knowledgeable, considerate all in all a pleasant experience. I would highly recommend Kieren and KMM

Great communication from the start. Survey fully explained what they could offer and the proposal was clear. No everyday phone calls to chase us while we made our decision. Install was quick for the panels but bit longer for the electrics. Follow up visit explained all we needed to know. Really happy with the quality and service overall. Thanks everyone.
