The most professional team in the business.
We met Steve and his team from KMM at the Listed Property Owners Show in Malvern.
Steve gave us a heads up on what KMM could do for us, listening to our phased approach and agreed to meet with us to discuss our options further.
We were so impressed with his knowledge and approach, that we booked an appointment there and then.
Steve is a great guy, very knowledgable and he turned up on the booked day, on time and remembered exactly what we had discussed at the show.
We reviewed our options and without any hard selling in the least, phase 1 of our Solar journey began.
Full stack of 33KW FoxESS batteries and an EV charging unit.
(We can now get a clear picture over the coming weeks, so that the next phase of panels and eventual heat pump is scaled properly.)
Steve carried out the survey there and then, called and checked stock levels and booked the engineers.
The order was installed by his great engineering team, on the booked day.
One of the tidiest jobs I've seen, and fully operational when they finished.
We switched our Octopus power plan the next day and we have now already cut our electriciy bills by 50%.
The whole process, from Steve visiting through to start saving money, took about two weeks.
100% recommended and looking forward to the next phases.

A quality solar installation system
With the increase in energy prices over recent years we felt the time was right to investigate solar energy, but did nothing about it! We then met up with KMM reps - James and Ceiron - at a local agricultural show in Nottinghamshire and on an impulse asked them to visit and we bought into the system.
The installation was perfect, 13 panels, Fox inverter, Fox battery and an EV charger. There was a high attention to detail throughout, never a hint of "oh well, it'll be alright I guess"
The solar panels are exceptional quality for a domestic residence. Mid November, chilly but sunny day, they generated 13.6 kwh, which is pretty good if you ask me.
Finally, once installed there is a follow up meeting to check on the installation. I'm glad we chose KMM to provide this system.

Excellent Service and install
Kieren and his team were fantastic to work with. Kieren took his time to assess our site and requirements, putting in a lot of effort to design something that would work well for us. He explained everything clearly and took his time making sure we understood all of our options. He even went as far as to make sure we had the best energy tariff for our requirements.
Rich and the installation team were true professionals and you can see the pride they take in their work. The installation was very neat, quick and clean. They answered all our many questions and kept us updated on their progress. When we made a last-minute change to the design that required some very neat and precise cable work to make it as inconspicuous as possible, Ermal rose to the occasion and exceeded our already high expectations.
The follow-up has also been great, with Kieren taking the time to make sure we understand how the app works and ensuring that our system is working properly. If you’re looking for solar, I couldn’t recommend Kieren and KMM Energy Solutions more.

By far and away the most efficient…
By far and away the most efficient company I have dealt with. From quote to installation, everything happened on time exactly as Steve had told us. The scaffolders, panel fitters and electrician were all an efficient, tidy, amusing….. all very happy in their work and clearly enjoying working with KMM. On installation day ( only two weeks after approving the quote) Steve arrived bearing gifts for us. Neighbours have commented on how quickly the installation happened and asked all the usual questions… how much? …is it worth it?… would you recommend them…. Can you give me their contact details?
We have passed on Steve’s details at least four times in as many weeks.

KMM delivered on everything.
From the first meeting with Kieren you could feel his passion for solar. He explained everything perfectly and talked us through the whole process simply but with detail. The survey was extensive and covered exactly what could be done. We were sold on the idea of solar from that very first meeting and were happy to proceed. There were a couple of hiccups with their suppliers before the install, but KMM did everything to ensure there were no delays, and there wasn't. The install crew were fantastic, professional and discussed everything they were doing. They started and finished on time with minimal disruption. So glad we went with KMM and would wholeheartedly reccomend them to friends and family. If only all work on your home could be completed so efficiently!

I was thinking about solar for some…
I was thinking about solar for some time. I had several people call about it. I said to my wife about it, she said get a couple of quotes.
We were very impressed with Kieren. He was very easy to talk to and no salesman's patter. We are very pleased with the work. Very efficient, clean and tidy, getting it all done.
One down side was the long wait for the certificates. Kieren kept in contact saying they were chasing it. It seems to be a problem for newer houses.
All in all a good job all round, thank you
