I am so grateful to have an alternative to the regular 'health' insurance companies (who clearly are not actually invested in our health). I feel more at peace having resources and help if a major accident or illness happens, without the excessive bureaucracy or pharmaceutical incentives. So far, I'm very happy with Knew Health.

I think the program seems great. However there is so little contact that if you are out in the weeds, you have to hack your way back to figure things out. I DO love the website and the features. I just want to know if I need a member card to show the DR's offices, etc. Just a little more hand holding would help. Also, if you advertise 30% off for the next 6 months to new clients, then you may need to match that for recently new clients.

So far so good! I e utilized their $200 supplement reimbursement, Fullscript is an amazing discount and even a free functional medicine consult!

Hillary is always so helpful and willing to answer any and all of my questions while navigating this very complex medical landscape. Hillary is also an excellent advocate for the health cost sharing model and gave me confidence that I was making the correct move.
NJ has certain challenges for the cost sharing model so it would be good to have Evexia be able to act within NJ so lab tests could be ordered within the state.

I'm leaving ANOTHER 5-star review, because my experience with Knew Health is consistently excellent. They truly care about helping people. They've faithfully paid for my husband's medical needs as promised, and I am so grateful for the trustworthiness they show. They go above and beyond!!!

I've been with Knew Health 3+ years now and never really needed to use them for anything major (thankfully) but that changed for me in December 2022, had an emergency out of the blue, ended up in ER at my local hospital then airlifted to another hospital for emergency surgery, long story short, Knew Health took care of all my bills (after I paid my IUA) and they were big bills trust me, they came through for me in my time of need. Please don't hesitate to sign up with Knew Health, they are the real thing, what they say they do; not like some other medical sharing companies.

I haven't needed to go to the doctor yet, but my experience upon signing up was great. The customer service was more than I could have hoped for. The representative was incredibly helpful and patient.

I love that I can get my questions answered quickly.

Knew Health covered a 5 month, 2 day gap in health care insurance for my family. They were very professional, helpful when we needed something or had a question, and incredibly accommodating in pro-rating the extra 2 day gap for us. It was such a relief to know if a bigger medical event happened, my family was covered! If we found ourself in a similar situation, we'd get a Knew Health membership in a heartbeat!

Fantastic customer support! They gave very detailed explanations for all of my questions and really took the time to educate me about my health plan.

We are brand new to KnewHealth but very impressed so far. We submitted a receipt and received a check in a very timely manner. Most exciting, I placed an order for supplements on FullScript and saw huge savings! This will be such a valuable benefit for our family!

I was trying to log on to get telephone and they told me I was ineligible after I was trying to find out what was going on and I never heard anyone back this was last Friday

I'm not a member of the KH Community yet, but after an initial conversation with Hillary of Knew Health (who clearly and expertly answered all my questions about how the IUA works), I am well on my way to joining up next month. I hope Hillary is representative of what to expect as part of the KH community. Her service is heads and shoulders above what I've received from the traditional medical insurance providers. At least two heads above!!!
