So far the casino has not disappointed me and actually put a smile on face because of the winnings which are greater than the losses, bonuses are for me the number one choice over other casinos, who may have better RTP than this. Slots some are very good, some are good and some are shit. Customer service maybe they don't respond to you straight away but they do make sure your concerns or issues are resolved. Again these are my own experiences in here that is why I'm giving it a 5 star

I’m bitterly disappointed in the way I have been treated by the customer service. My account was locked out for no real reason and 5 emails and no response from any member of staff I’m still trying hard to get back into my account so I can withdraw my £100.60 and go elsewhere. Bank holiday weekend may be the reason for no response but confirmation that your email has been delivered would put my mind at rest. Not at all impressed

Reading the reviews I'm having exactly the same problem withdrawing funds. I verified all my bank information. At first I tried to use the credit card option to credit back my account but that didn't work so the client specialist told me that I had to do a wire transfer but the wire transfer option did not appear on my account. When that was resolved I went to use it and it's asking me to enter a swift code however the field to enter the Swift Code is grayed out so I can't enter any information there. I've contact customer service about three times now and have been trying to get this resolved for the last 5 days. Each time they tell me I have to wait for someone to email me but I don't understand why someone cannot enter the information for me so I can actually get my funds. I have never had an issue getting funds for many other online casino and just trying to get through the chat to a actual person that's not a bot takes forever. I've already sent a couple of emails as well but I have not had a response
Update- customer service contacted me and asked me to update my account information which I cannot do on your website so alternatively also asked for wire instructions which I sent yesterday. No reply and no action has been taken. I would assume that the wire would have been processed yesterday.

Good customer service. I thought I was going to deal with human acting like bots but I had Breno who was patient and tried to understand my query. He asked me some questions and explained the reason why the data was needed. He dealt with my issue within 2 minutes once he established the cause. Kudos to Breno. Everything was smooth. The RTP wasn't great less than 5% . Scatter is hard to come by. Started playing last year September and the result was the same. Net down to £45. The stars are for one staff who carried himself/herself professionally.

I have bad experience here yesterday i though was good then when i won and try to withdraw asking me for documents. But i used my debit mastercard does’nt have photo. So i send them my debit card and bank statement with my name and address and my driver licensed . And still not verified for withdrawal but verified i can play and i guess deposit.. i honestly not recommend this online casino. And closed my account and play my winnings until went 0 balanced bec. No choice but to play…BEWARE!!!

Very Sketchy site, customer service on live chat is horrible to speak too. My withdrawl was taking long it said will receieve in a couple hours. Took about 7 hours but thats because I constantly kept going on live chat and asking where is it. They said it approved at 1:40 pm and so happenily when i was in the conversation with them at 5:30 pm i receieved the email. I dont know but maybe stay away use a legit website with the cashout option in 1 minute it hits your bank account. Big name casinos
