A qualified surveyor was made available to work even on a Saturday.
Maintained constant contact even after the job.
Wonderful staff, particularly Hollie with whom I communicated mostly.
I wish Knott Brothers of Leicester all the best in future and will not hesitate to recommend to any one interested.

I recently used Knott Brothers for an Accredited Snagging Survey and I would highly-recommend their services to others. Apparently, I have quite high-standards (not really - I just expect to get what I pay for!) and I couldn't find fault with Knott Brothers. I dealt with Hollie, Natasha and Adam and the Customer Service was second to none from each of them. Giving both a professional & personal service and replying to all queries in a speedy fashion late into the evening weekdays and throughout the weekend. If you are like me and starting to think good Customer service was a thing of the past? Give Knott Brothers a try.... Oh, the survey was top-notch too! Comprehensive and good value for money. From start to finish I’ve had a great experience with Knott Brothers. The best, most competent company I’ve dealt with in a very long time.

The whole team at Knott Brothers have been exceptional. From Hollie dealing with the initial enquiry and booking; to Sam who carried out the survey; and finally to Adam whom I have now spent a considerable time on the phone with talking through various survey flags.

This company is a team of true professionals. Responsive, helpful and extremely pragmatic. I would not hesitate to recommend them to any friends or family buying a property.

The value for money for the service received is second to none. I would not have been able to negotiate what has been a reasonably complex buying process with some non-standard snags without their professionalism and expertise.

We recently used Knott Brothers for a post-completion survey on our new build and were really impressed with the service from start to finish.

Hollie was very quick to get back to us, kept us informed throughout, and made the whole process really straightforward. Adam, the surveyor, was polite, friendly, thorough and very pragmatic in his approach, which we really appreciated.

The report was returned the same day and was easy to read and understand thanks to the clear layout and traffic light system. They also sent the report directly to our builder, and issues are already being rectified.

Absolutely superb service! From my first phone call enquiry to Knott Brothers to liaising with Holly to actually meeting the surveyors Sorin and Jess. The service could not have been better. The survey / snagging report for our new home was completed the very same day it was carried out and sent through to Bloor. Quite a number of issues were identified and highlighted. My wife and I bought a new build eleven years ago and we did not know then that such a service existed! I certainly wish we had known about Knott Brothers then, because the attention to detail that went into our current new build purchase was exceptional! Thank you so much to Adam (the boss - I think his name was Adam), Holly, Sorin and Jess. Money very well spent.

I was blown away by how fast these guys work. I got a quick answer to my initial inquiry and the pricing was spot on.
The best bit was the turnaround—they finished their checks and had the full report back to me within 24 hours. You usually have to wait ages for that kind of detail, but they nailed it. If you need a snagging company that’s fast, affordable, and actually communicates, definitely go with Knott Brothers.

It was a very pleasant experience from start to finish. We got our quote sent over quickly and arranged an appointment for the following week.

Absolutely amazing service from start to finish. Initial communication with Hollie was amazing and they were on it, contacting my developer and getting booked in. The surveyor was amazing and produced the most amazing report that we have been able to put to the developer highlighting all the issues with the property. The report was completed and sent to me on the same day.
Fully recommended if you are buying a new property.
