Couldn’t fault it. Hollie was fantastic from start to finish. We had to move the date of our visit 3 times due to delays on the house completing and she rescheduled and responded to us within minutes (even outside of working hours). Communication was incredible, the surveyor arrived early, and the report was thorough and received within hours of the inspection

From the moment we made contact with Knott Brothers, their customer service and communication has been exemplary. This is the first time we've bought a new build and there's lots of information to take in. Great experience with this company. I hired them to compete a snagging survey on a new build. Hollie was very responsive and arranged the survey with no issue. The report received was thorough and was received in a reasonable amount of time (the evening after the survey was completed). Overall, very impressed and I would definitely recommend them.

The arranging of the visit was very simple, competitively priced and the Surveyor was really efficient, thorough and engaging, with the full report being sent later on the same day !

I called up to arrange for a new home pre snagging survey report and Hollie arranged for the surveyor to attend within few days. Craig conducted the detailed survey on the property and was available throughout to answer any questions whilst on site. He is very knowledgeable in this field and took time to explain. Within a few hours I received an email along with the survey report. The report is in a very user friendly format, with pictures. Easy to understand. What's so helpful about this Company is that they don't just provide you with the survey and desert you, they make it clear you can contact them should you require support or guidance
