Highly recommend for a new build snagging survey, the work and support received was excellent and I couldn’t fault anything.

I had contacted a few different surveyors and Hollie replied to my email within a few minutes (also on a weekend) with all the info I needed which made me choose them!

Craig sent through the survey on the same day of it being completed, the survey was thorough and easy to understand. His follow up guidance and support was also excellent.

Very professional throught the whole experience from initial contact through to completion and timeliness of report. Very impressed with customer service and organisation throughout...it reminded me of what customer service should be like. Despite being hampered on undertaking the report as flooring company were running behind, they returned a few days later to complete the report.

Knotts Brothers carried out a snagging service on my new build property, Craig was through and the report was excellent. He picked up on areas I would not have been able to and this was fantastic to myself> I would recommend everyone has this snagging service prior to completion

Hollie made the booking process very straightforward and efficient. When Sorin visited to carry out the survey, he was really knowledgeable, explained the snags to us clearly and even gave us some tips for how to look after the home / deal with the builders. Overall, a very professional and friendly service!

Booked a snagging survey with Knott Brothers Limited and I was extremely impressed with Adam’s professionalism and knowledge throughout the process. I received a detailed report with clear wording and understanding including pictures.

Hollie and Craig were an absolute joy to deal with for snagging of my new build. Sorin’s report was promptly delivered on the same day and was comprehensive, easy to understand and meticulous. Craig was amazing to communicate with, forwarded the report to builders and was very helpful in promptly answering queries. He found issues that were absolutely beyond the pale of an untrained eye. Excellent and professional service

I was incredibly impressed with the expert that they sent out to do the snagging, he went into immense detail, picking up on things that we wouldn’t have noticed for weeks / months. The report was simple to read with clear picture illustrations so that you can see what the issue was. Hollie was also super helpful in getting everything set up, quick response times. Knott Brothers were great for our snagging survey. Hollie was brilliant to deal with organised everything and was very helpful and flexible when needed. Sorin's report was extremely detailed and outlined clearly the few major issues, the minor issues and everything that was well done. They sent it to our developers for us who have agreed to fix everything they found with no argument which is in part due to the fantastic service of the Knott Brothers.
