Craig did an excellent job with our snag survey. He was very knowledgeable about the work and did a thorough inspection of our house. The report we got was detailed and I'm very satisfied with the service. Will be recommending to our friends and family.

The process was seamless and communication was great. Thorough report which was sent on the same day after the survey done by Sorin.

Good pricing, and very thorough. I received my report straight away, surprisingly fast. The report was very easy to understand with clear pictures which showed the issue described,
plus there were red circles where necessary.

Hollie was really helpful with the booking process, explained all the differences between pre and post completion surveys. Sorin who came on the day was very thorough with his inspection and very polite, and sent through the report very quickly. Thank you!

A very helpful report. We would not have spotted some important problems. We were very grateful to have the opportunity to talk through the snags with a qualified surveyor.

Whilst in the process of purchasing our new build home we made the decision that we wanted it to be properly snag surveyed. This was one of the best descions we could have made.

I had a recent survey for my property by Adam from Knott brothers who was very professional, offered the right advice and provided a detailed report that is immensely beneficial. Adam was able to identify numerous snags that we will be getting sorted with the builders. The Knott brothers are certified and excellent in their field of expertise. Adam is patient, dedicated and thorough in the survey. We had issues with Avant homes during the sales process and did not want to complete home sales without having a detailed survey. We are now able to submit all the identified snags with pictorial evidence and thermal imaging to the builders. I would highly recommend the Knott brothers.

Knott Brothers are extremely professional and offer a high level of service! I had a level 3 buildings survey carried out with them. They kept me updated throughout the process, the report was extremely detailed and easy to read. Knott Brothers carried out research on the property and area prior to visiting the house and dedicated time to speak with me after issuing the report to run through all my questions and concerns. Hollie, Craig and Adam are extremely friendly and efficient and I couldn’t recommend them enough!
