Great service all the way along the process from Hollie and Adam...Friendly and Professional .would recommend Knott Brothers for any snagging reports

so impressed with the prompt and professional service from the minute I enquired online to the report being received. Money well spent as in the long term will save me money and issues. Very detailed report, things highlighted that would have been easily overlooked/not seen and again long term damage if not rectified. Well please and would definitely recommend this company to anyone thinking of buying or selling there home to avoid expensive future repair bills.

Really positive experience with Knott Brothers. Communication was excellent - quick, clear and friendly responses. We met Craig at the beginning of the inspection and he was professional and helpful - we especially appreciated him asking if there were any specific areas of concern we wanted him to review. I believe I found Knott Brothers Limited through Trust a trader (I think) - It was fairly easy to short list this trader as their customer reviews and assessment quality examples offered online gave us confidence they were the right people for the task at hand. Following engagement from Craig & Hollie Wilson, they delivered above expectation service. The assessment that was provided was really easy to digest. The literature style made it easy to pin point below industry standard work, which made rectification more seamless. Had I’d gone in myself, I certainly wouldn’t have been able to identify as much as them, so service was worth the money. This gave my partner and I added assurance that the property was snag free and completed to highest possible standard. Would recommend Knott Brothers to anyone seeking Snagg services!

Choosing to do a Snagging Survey (with Knott Brothers) is worth it. The report we received was very thorough and delivered to us, forwarded to the builder within 24 hours of survey! Amazing speed.

Now we feel much more empowered to ask the builder to fix things before we move into the new home!

I found the company via Google. I spoke with Hollie, who was great at organising a date liaising with the builders who built our new home. The report was easy to read and interpret, and came through on the same day.
