They protect pedophiles and cyber crimes. Sites they host feature explicit and stolen imagery of underage women, which they could care less about. They ignore all requests for taking down those sites, customer service abruptly ends any chats when this topic is brought up.

They are allowing a site on their server to share nude photos that were hacked and stolen. They ignore all abuse complaints, and even ones that have police reports and court orders filed on them.

Avoid at all costs! They are hosting a website that has stolen all my images from my website. i have messaged their abuse department a few times with each ticket getting closed off without reply. they are still hosting this company. i reached out to live chat who told me to stop abusing the live chat as its for sales only then blocked me. i then went to their contact page, write a full on email to them when i pressed on send i got redirected to a oops page. Waste of space company. DO NOT USE!

No response upon report of child porn hosted on their server. After contacting them on livechat to ask why there is no reply, they blocked me because "livechat is only for support queries" yet they don't reply to any abuse reports.
Do not use their services.

During the time I've been dealing with them, network uptime is perfect and when I had some technical questions, the support was always ready to assist. Koddos is the best available web hosting solution out there. They've been so good me, helping me setup Magento which would not run on my last hosting providers.

I was unhappy with my current offshore hosting so I decided to migrate to Koddos because I heard good things, but their hosting didn't work properly and their customer support refused to acknowledge that it wasn't working and offered no help at all.

Their support staff told me I was abusing their support ticket system by asking for help when their services didn't work properly. Even their own website had a very noticeable glitch that they refused to acknowledge.

If you are very experienced and will never need to contact support for any issues, then maybe Koddos might be ok for you. If you want hosting that works properly and customer support staff that doesn't insult you when you need help, I would go somewhere else.
