I ordered a shirt from here
I ordered a shirt from here, when I found it couldnt fit, I couldnt do a exchange for another size. So they forced a refund, with a return. When I returned it they rejected the refund. This was because it didnt fit and was forced the refund process. There communication process is very confusing too. Not a good experience.

Thanks for your feedback and we are happy to discuss this further. 1 The style was sold out in other sizes and not being re-stocked, so an exchange was not possible in this case, but is always possible when the sizes are available. 2. We rejected the refund because of a crusty yellow stain, of which the image was shared with you and then you complained you were "expected to clean the shirt". We of course allow people to try on shirts and return if it doesn't fit, but cannot accept a stained shirt as per our returns policy. We replied to your all of emails 9 times, promptly by our Aussie support team and clearly indicated the above information.
Easy exchange for the perfect fit
Delivery was quick and efficient, and when I found that the sizing was not quite right and I wanted the shorts a little tighter, the returns process was smooth and simple and equally time efficient. Absolutely loving the products in my preferred size.

Just about to place an order for holidays and realised they seem to be sent to UK from Australia so I checked the returns policy and wow .. so even if they don’t fit or you don’t like you have to pay for the returns and any customs or other duties so paid about the same price from Next with free returns. Read the terms and conditions and returns policy before you buy from this firm

Hi Tony, sorry to see the 1 star review as I believe there may be a misunderstanding on the returns policy. We offer subsidised return labels through our returns portal, which when sending from the UK costs a grand total of £5 GBP to return to Australia, with no other duties, taxes or fees upon returning.

Fantastic Experiance
I bought the stretch chino shorts 5". Honestly as a bigger bloke its so hard to find any comfortable shorts that dont look ridiculous. These are hands down the best shorts ive ever bought, im about to place an order now for a few more pairs in more colours. They have so much stretch and colours are really crisp.

Brilliant Fit - Super Comfortable
Finally found a pair of shorts that fit properly! No more baggy legs. Other brands promote ‘slim fit’ but are still too roomy on the legs.
These shorts are so comfortable that I’ve bought another pair. The overall fit is perfect.
Online ordering was super easy, delivery was within a reasonable time and best of all I’m supporting an Australian business.

They are terrible getting any response…
They are terrible getting any response from them. They will have you running all over place. I need to return for a smaller size. Terrible Custmer service. They made me run out of time to exchange them. Plus, I paid dearly for them. Do not waste your time with them. There are other men short that are better than their and along with great customer service. Kojofit has no customer service. David email Jul 20. They sent me no link DHL return label. I looked and looked. Nothing! I tried to get help. I’m so stressed out.
