Pleasant and efficient pick up
Very easy to book with Quisha on the phone. Johnny and another guy (sorry don't remember his name) were very efficient and pleasant on pick up.
I'd use again and recommend.

Would highly recommend Kollect, rang them on wednesday and they organised pick up for friday morning. Johnny and his colleague were very quick and efficient and had the couch removed within 2 minutes. Payment was easy and a lot cheaper than some other companies i contacted. Would definitely be happy to use them again.

The lads took everything away at the right price. My mother was happy with the clear out. 1 thing I might suggest is running a yard brush over the collection site to remove small debris, like broken ceramics and glass to give it that 5* service.

Dreadful experience
Dreadful experience. Asked them to do a clearance of a house after a family bereavement. Wanted it to be sustainable and needed everything gone. When i rang initially i told them there was a huge amount of stuff and that they should assess the amount as it was going to be more than the two trucks they suggested. When the lads came they were very helpful and friendly but were shocked by the amount of stuff and said they had to come back and do another two trucks. They came back a week later and only did one truck and then the following week to do another truck, despite there being an urgency to us needing this done. They were quick enough to take payment from our card without notifying us each time.
Despite them saying that they dispose of things sustainably we were told everything was dumped in landfill, despite numerous furniture, electrical and other items very recyclable or reusable. They also did not take plant pots or old paint cans despite their website stating that they had taken everything. They charged 850 for each truck and despite a complaint and having paid almost 4k all they would offer as an apology was 50 euro off the next truck.
Steer clear of this company, they are disrespectful to those who have been bereaved, not sustainable and not efficient!

Johnny from Kollect, arrived promptly and never wasted a minute of time getting all our junk loaded onto his vehicle, never made a fuss about anything, got it all collected up and loaded up a skip bag for us as well, we never had a problem from start to finish, can highly recommend this company.
