Crew took everything I needed removing, even some very heavy metal gates that I dreaded dragging to a skip. Thankfully the junk removal service meant that they handled everything. All I had to do was tell them what needed to be taken and it was handled quickly

Booked skip bag collection on the 6th as site said next available date was the 8th. Was then told it could be up to 14 days for collection. Talked to 3 different reps who promised call backs with updates, never heard back. Cancelled collection and went with DFS Removals instead who had it collected next day. I only booked collection with Kollect as was given a free skip bag as a goodwill gesture after I had booked a couch removal service prior that was never collected. I wasted two days annual leave to be there for the couch removal. There are plenty of alternative cheaper companies with excellent customer service and communication who value customers time. Used quickvan to remove the couch and it was gone next day.

Whenever there is an issue, they will sort it straight away and very fair with their compromise. I've had two issues in the past, but Valerie has been on the ball and sorted them straight away. For that reason, I recommend Kollect to others. They will give notice of collection well in advance, and have been on time both times.

Honestly contact them before you order these over priced skips, I rang kollect.ie to get a skip , stressed out over rubbished building up in back garden and didn't know which size I needed , live alone so would have haven’t to fill my self,
I was told to take photos of the rubbish and was advised my best option would be two men call and take away which they did in 15min,
3/4 0f the price of skip I would have needed and no loading it.
Olso paid small deposit till work was done and paid reminder to driver with a invoice, relief to know it wasn't dump out on side of some back road
Highly recommended and thanks to them again for not only taken the rubbish but the stress

We have ordered 4 skips through this company.First 2 were smooth sailing however last 2 have been an absolute nightmare.This skip is waiting for collection since last Thursday.I turned away a new skip today as I had nowhere to put it.i won’t even talk about the disaster which was the previous skip.I have been chasing them all day,a manager was supposed to call me back but surprisingly did not and I just called again and no manager was available.Some companies have customer care and others

Payed nearly five hundred euro for a skip booked the time slot, it was never delivered I had to call and tell them they didn't even know it wasn't delivered, and now I'm going to have to wait untill next week they have gave me two different days it will be delivered apparently, if they didn't have other good reviews I'd say I was just scammed if my money. I will never use them again back to Mr binman I go.

Do not use Kollect. They took money on transaction, rung to confirm delivery and then the day before rung to say the skip would be delivered 4 days after the confirmed date. Customer service lied on phone to cover tracks with their manager later saying he shouldn’t have done that. No alternatives proposed, no apology, and overall extremely rude communication by their teams on what they finally said was a logistics error. Still waiting on refund, got a text from a non-business mobile asking for my IBAN details to send money back. Skip companies I had to contact in emergency to find a skip from all confirmed that Kollect are a very untrustworthy company and that they actually only call local companies after taking customers money to try secure skips and always take a large premium versus direct prices.

So disappointed with this service I booked a skip online and then received a phone call to tell me that it wasn't available on the date I booked. I agreed to another date-sjip didn't arrive, received a phone call to confirm if I received the skip staff member told me she would call me back never did. Skip arrived next working day I contacted company to request skip be collected as was full and ordered another skip. The skip was not collected when I was advised it would be and the next skip did not arrive on date agreed. Same staff member called to confirm skip had been received she advised she would call me back and did not call back again. Skip arrived next working day.Skip was due to be collected five days ago and it is still not collected. I contacted the company two/three days ago requesting it be collected and have not received any correspondence. Very poor service no regard for customers will not be using again

Ordered and fully paid for a 6 yard skip on Tuesday the 5th of May to be delivered Saturday the 9th.

Was informed by Jordan if I booked over the phone I’d get a cheaper price online - said no problem will ring back later when I knew what I needed.

I rang Kollect was put through to about 4 different people who all gave prices completely different to each other and more expensive than what the website for example €410 for a 6 yard skip ??

I got put back through to Jordan who agreed to a price of €360 if I could wait till Saturday for it to be delivered, suited me as I’m 9 months pregnant and had family coming this weekend to give a hand in clearing the house out as I’ve deliveries due for Monday for the babies room.

Everything seemed fine until I emailed on Friday afternoon to confirm my booking and receive a time slot to then be told by their logistics manager that they don’t do delivery slots and she’ll have the lads ring me when they’re on the way ( no problem) I then received another email asking for my Eircode and that one of the team would be in touch with me shortly.

6 o’clock came ( the evening before I’m due to he delivered a skip which was FULLY paid for) I then had to ring Kollect myself to find that Jordan had inputted my address wrong (that I confirmed twice before payment ) and that they no longer knew if my Skip would be delivered and they had to get back onto their logistics manager and would get back onto me shortly.

No one ever called me back to inform me that they’d no longer be delivering my skip today , I’ve had to call them again today , just to be informed ON THE DAY that the earliest I could be given a Skip that I fully booked & paid more for to he delivered on a Saturday can not be done until Monday.

This was because apparently they sent over my address too late last night so there’s just absolutely no skip available anywhere - could I not of just been sent the skip that was going to the random address they inputted???

They’ve now organised for junk removal to come on Monday instead of the Skip that I’ve paid for & I’ve to somehow organise for either myself or a family member to take time off work to be here to let them in to do it?

Absolutely shocking service that I can’t believe was ever recommended - Will update if anyone even shows on Monday to fulfil the job

Id like to add I was the second person they’d done this to this weekend - hopefully the customer has been made aware of this because if I hadn’t of been in contact myself I’d be waiting around for a skip all day that was never going to come

Ordered and paid for skip it didn't turn up. They promised it the following day. It wasn't delivered. INCOMPETENCE. avoid avoid avoid.

I had a load of junk in my garage and decided to order a skip,but my husband thought some of it was too heavy for us to lift and he searched the web and found this company. I have to admit I was really apprehensive about using them as I looked up trust pilot as he was on the phone ordering the service and the reviews were pretty bad. I actually told him not to go ahead with it ,the girl he was speaking to heard me and told him she could hear what I was saying so she wouldn’t take a deposit from us but would send them out the next day,giving us about 30 minutes of a warning,The next morning I got a call and they were out in about twenty minutes,the men were absolutely brilliant at the job and extremely pleasant,they couldn’t not have done any more,Also the girls my husband dealt with were really helpful and I can not fault the service we received,in fact I would give this company 10 out of 10,I don’t know where the bad reviews came from but my experience was top class.
