Very happy about the company's service. The team was very friendly and supportive.
The collection was quick, no needed to wait a long time for appointment.
Thanks Kollect Company.

This is my second time to use the company, very handy service as I'm unable to load a skip so to have the lads arrive and take away the stuff was brilliant! Will more than likely use again in the future.

Kollect was an excellent junk removal company.Deco was very professional & tidy when collecting our old sofa .Would highly recommend this company, excellent service & website 👍

Rocky start to my interactions with this company and the experience held to the end. At first they could get my the large skip I needed on the day that I needed it, then they couldn't get me the large skip I needed but could get me the size smaller, then they couldn't get it on the day that I needed so I had to go with a delivery one day earlier, but then it couldn't be picked up on the same day and I would need to keep it for 4 days (blocking my only access out of my gate), but I agreed to that after all the back and forth and they took my payment over the phone, sent me a confirmation email and text with the details. Now today two phone calls from some call center guy to tell me that it will have to be delivered even one day earlier (which would block me from being able to leave my drive for FIVE days). I told the rep that was not an option for us and to please call the yard back. Seemingly he did and they wouldn't budge, delivery one day earlier or nothing. So now having dragged piles and piles of renovation rubbish around my property in preparation for the skip, I've had to tell them to cancel and refund my money.
What a disappointing circus Kollect is. Two stars rather than one because the salesperson I spoke with was friendly even though she likely just told me what I wanted to hear in order to close her deal.

The team were really friendly and arrived on time. Great job and would highly recommend

Declan came up and cleared out everything I asked for. He was amazing and very nice. He did the work really quickly and cleared up everything. Super sweet and great with my animals. Would 100% recommend Declan and hire him again for the next job. Hannah xx

Very quick, helpful and reliable for rubbish removal, would highly recommend.

Very quick delivery. Very friendly service. I will keep working with them. Highly recommended.

Super service. Booked me in quickly, very clear communication around pricing and scheduling. The lads were very nice and managed a lot of big pieces easily. Will absolutely use again.

Ordered skip online for next day delivery, skip did not arrive the next day. I called the Kollect office an was assured that the skip would arrive. Well three days and five phone calls later the skip still has not arrived. If your planning a job and need a skip at a certain time Do Not hire a skip with this company, they have no regard for anyone's time and are completely incompetent. They could'nt manage to deposit a skip in my driveway, I can only hope they can deposit my 239 euro refund into my bank account. My suggestion would be to use a local skip hire company, because Kollect are totally unreliable. Also all these 5 star ratings seem a bit suspect now after my nightmare experience.

Great service. Kept me well informed as to what time collection would be. Would highly recommend..

Kollect came at short notice to take away our old sofa. The two guys were punctual, efficient, helpful and very friendly. Booking was easy and efficient. We would definitely use Kollect again 😊

Very early and fast booking. Very helpful and kind get the job done quick. I would definitely get them again. Lovely people. Highly recommend. 10/10

We booked 1/8th of a truck for rubbish removal, which we needed to increase to 1/4 truck on collection day because we ended up with a lot more to get rid of than we anticipated. This was easily accommodated. About a month later, we booked 1/8 truck again. The removers arrived on time, were friendly and efficient, and the whole process was very smooth. Would recommend

I ordered a van space, when booking Joshua was really helpful as I wasn’t sure if I needed a skip, I also dealt with Valerie who was very helpful as well. The van staff were great. I would definitely recommend Kollect
