These guys are the master class of light sabers and lightsaber repairs. I bought my first saber from theory sabers that’s an affiliate with TXQ and had issues with it from day one with the speaker and an augmented part. I’ve tried to reach the resolution with customer support and nothing ever happened. After I sold it privately, I bought my first saber from Korbanth, and first of all the quality is on another level compared to anybody else. I also had another saber that was purchased off eBay that had issues and they were more than willing and accommodating to help repair it, they’re excellent team made it work good as new at a very reasonable cost. The master chassis sabers they offer, really make you feel you’re in a galaxy far far away. These guys have a lifelong customer and can’t wait to see their new additions in the future.

I just purchased my 4th lightsaber from Korbanth. I have Both Anakin, Darth Vader, and the Dark Saber. The quality of these really are impressive! Randy is also extremely responsive. As far as I am concerned, there is no point in going through a different seller!

Amazing quality and detail!
This was my first lightsaber purchase and I'm seriously impressed with the build quality. Searching online forums for recommended brands, Korbanth came up consistently being mentioned for premium detailing and quality. The real icing on the cake was the placard signed by Timothy Zahn, my all-time favorite author!

Shipping international would have been a bit steep, but the sale price offset the cost, and it arrived in just a few days!

The customer service is excellent, the shipping time was fast, the quality of the product is beautiful, very good quality, a piece of art like the finest jewelry. I like the company it has good deals and offers discount coupons. I love I love my Ralph Ralph Mcquarrie concept Stormtrooper lightsaber.

Korbanth is a very poor quality company. Their website looks legitimate, but their quality control and products are extremely lack luster. They send defective products and offer few solutions on how to remedy their issues. The owner, Randy, is extremely rude and short. If you have been referred to this company, buyers beware. You will most likely receive a refurbished or resold product. You will pay a ridiculous amount of money for a product that is probably not even new. Look to other companies. Steer clear of Korbanth.

Customer service is non existent. No transparency. Took 3 weeks longer than it should have. A 6 WEEK wait,just to be refunded, and I waited weeks for that as well. Overall terrible experience.

This is my first experience owning a lightsaber. Working in finance, I naturally have a very analytical mindset, which led me to conduct a two-month research project comparing more than 75 different brands and sellers. I evaluated every aspect I could measure; price, quality, customer service, included accessories, reputation, carrying case, core quality (whether or not it featured a kyber crystal), and much more. I watched hundreds of unboxing and review videos, and read thousands of customer opinions.

For objective criteria; for example, whether a model included interchangeable pommels, I assigned a point. For subjective aspects such as the quality of customer service I applied a rating on a five-point scale. Eventually, I developed a formula that allowed me to mathematically determine which brand truly stood out as the best in the market. When I realized that Korbanth ranked #1, I must admit I hesitated at first, since its slightly higher price compared to other brands. This is because price/quality was an imposing factor on the formula. However, throughout the entire purchasing process and upon receiving the saber, I can say without hesitation that Korbanth is, indeed, the best lightsaber brand available. The premium cost quickly proved justified by the unparalleled experience, and I am convinced that settling for a cheaper option would have been a mistake in both quality and satisfaction.

Randy, the owner of Korbanth, personally oversaw my order, as I suspect he does with all customers, and ensured my needs were fully met at every stage of the process. He responded to emails almost instantly, even at odd hours, and his answers were always detailed, thoughtful, and solution-oriented. It is rare in today’s marketplace to encounter such a level of personal commitment from the owner of a company, and that alone sets Korbanth apart. His professionalism not only reassured me of my purchase but also elevated the entire buying experience into something memorable and enjoyable.

As for the saber itself, there is little I can add that hasn’t already been stated by countless other satisfied customers. The craftsmanship exceeded my expectations by light-years. Every detail, the finish of the hilt, the sturdiness of the construction, the resonance of the soundboard, and the luminous clarity of the blade, reflects a standard of excellence that is clearly the result of passion and mastery. The design, weight, and proportions feel remarkably authentic.

In summary, Korbanth has exceeded every expectation I had. From the flawless customer service to the unrivaled product quality. I am beyond satisfied with my purchase and can say with complete confidence that this will not be my last Korbanth saber. Korbanth has an amazing selection of lightsaber hilts, installed and empty, from Canon and Legends characters. Hilts with master chassis are my favorite. There are so many light saber businesses out in the world today that I have researched finding the right one for me. I look at reviews prices, but people have to say about it the company.. I will even reach out if I have an interest to that business with questions to see how fast I get responses and if they answer my questions. Korbanth, met all of my expectations when purchasing the light saber that I want and not only that but the technology installed into each Lightsaber is the newest development in each Lightsaber.

I have ordered several sabers from Korbanth. The first saber I ordered had several issues. However, Randy was very quick to respond to rectify my issue. He repaired my first saber, however it broke again. Randy was quick to respond and send me a whole new product. I understand this was out of his control, but he handled it very well. Both sabers I ordered were in top working order. I highly recommend Korbanth based purely on the customer service. This industry is saturated in companies that have poor customer service. Randy was always in close contact with me and was very quick to respond. I appreciate his help and time.
