Never again!!! Stay away!

I purchased an ASUS V16 laptop from Kotsovolos on 03/03/2026. From the very first day, the device exhibited serious performance issues including random restarts, system freezes, and data loss, making it unusable for normal use.

The device was sent to authorized service on 21/03/2026 following the retailer’s instructions. A system reset was performed and I was assured the issue had been resolved. However, the exact same problems reappeared immediately after return.

Despite repeated communication over an extended period, the issue remains unresolved, with no effective repair or replacement offered. Instead, I have been redirected between retailer, service, and manufacturer without a clear solution.

At this stage, I consider the product to be non-conforming from the outset and the attempted repair unsuccessful. I am requesting either a full replacement or a refund as per consumer rights.

I am leaving this review to inform other customers about the handling of defective products and lack of effective resolution!!

Bought a PS5 and added 3 more years warranty by paying an extra. When I had a small issue with my product after one year, they took it and left me without any information for 2 months! No phone where you can ask so I had to go to the Pireaus Store every week to ask avout it and all they were answering was : « We dont know »
After 2 months when they called me and told me that they giving me a replacement and they deleted all my personal data on the previous one. They never informed or called me. When I asked for a good will gesture or something like a compensation, the Repair Manager didn’t apologise, didn’t show any sort of comprehension or any empathy. He was just saying, it’s not our fault it’s Sony’s. But I bought from Kotsovolos not from Sony. That was a very very bad customer experience.

I am so much disappointed

Waited a week for delivery and delivery men wouldn’t install washing machine unless I paid them 40 euros - for 10 minutes work.

Nothing is ever straight forward, rubbish service in the store, now i remember why I don’t buy from them and usually chose electronet !

Θα ήθελα να εκφράσω τη δυσαρέσκειά μου για την εμπειρία μου με την παραγγελία μου. Έκανα μια παραγγελία μεγάλης αξίας και η πληρωμή πραγματοποιήθηκε κανονικά, όμως πέρασαν αρκετές ημέρες χωρίς καμία ενημέρωση για την πορεία της. Αναγκάστηκα να επικοινωνήσω εγώ ο ίδιος με την εξυπηρέτηση πελατών και χρειάστηκε να καλέσω πάνω από πέντε φορές μέχρι να μάθω τι συμβαίνει. Τελικά ενημερώθηκα ότι υπήρχε κάποιο συστημικό πρόβλημα, χωρίς όμως να έχει προηγηθεί καμία ενημέρωση προς εμένα. Θεωρώ ότι σε τέτοιες περιπτώσεις η εταιρεία οφείλει να ενημερώνει άμεσα τον πελάτη και όχι να τον αναγκάζει να κυνηγάει ο ίδιος την υπόθεση.

I ordered an iPad on 27th January 2026. It was not on stock, so they would have to order it. I called them multiple times and they told me that I will receive it in 8-10 weeks from the day it was ordered. This means mid of April!

Terrible customer service! I ,ve been waiting 3 weeks for my order. Last Friday some of the items finally came i paid the whole order but one item the iron board was missing! I cannot get hold of them on the phone been on line for hours! I 've been emailing them and messaging them on Facebook they respond with vague answers but I am left without an item and out of pocket 54.90 euros! Order number 1015373354

I have ordered some times through the years. Problems every time. No customer services. Only a chat bot. No telephone answering. No update on my orders. Fake time of delivery on the site.

Είμαστε ένα ηλικιωμένο ζευγάρι 80 ετών που αποφασίσαμε να κάνουμε δώρο στον εαυτό μας μια καινούργια τηλεόραση OLED κορυφαίας ποιότητας για τα Χριστούγεννα.

Η εξυπηρέτηση μετά την πώληση της Kotsovolos ήταν απαίσια και μας κατέστρεψε τα Χριστούγεννα. Μετά από 2 μήνες, εξακολουθούμε να μην έχουμε τηλεόραση που να λειτουργεί.

Στις 20 Νοεμβρίου 2025 αγοράσαμε μια τηλεόραση OLED κορυφαίας ποιότητας από την Kotsovolos. Μια εβδομάδα αργότερα έφτασε, αλλά ήταν χαλασμένη κατά την άφιξή της. Προσπαθήσαμε αμέσως να επικοινωνήσουμε με την εξυπηρέτηση της Kotsovolos, αλλά μας κράτησαν στο διαδίκτυο ακούγοντας ατελείωτες διαφημίσεις. Τελικά καταφέραμε να επικοινωνήσουμε με έναν εκπρόσωπο που μας είπε ότι θα μας καλούσε ένας τεχνικός. Κανείς δεν τηλεφώνησε, οπότε τηλεφωνήσαμε στην Kotsovolos επανειλημμένα τις επόμενες εβδομάδες, μόνο και μόνο για να λάβουμε την ίδια απάντηση. Στη συνέχεια, τηλεφωνήσαμε απευθείας στην LG και μας είπαν να στείλουμε την τηλεόραση σε έναν εκπρόσωπο στον Βόλο. Ο εκπρόσωπός τους μας τηλεφώνησε λίγες μέρες αργότερα και μας είπε ότι η LG συμφώνησε ότι η τηλεόραση ήταν χαλασμένη και ότι είχε εγκριθεί αντικατάσταση, αλλά έπρεπε να επικοινωνήσουμε με την Kotsovolos για να κανονίσουμε την παράδοση μιας νέας τηλεόρασης.

Όταν τελικά επικοινωνήσαμε με έναν εκπρόσωπο της Κωτσόβολος, μας υποσχέθηκαν ότι θα διευθετούσαν το θέμα και θα είχαν την τηλεόρασή μας μέχρι τα Χριστούγεννα.

Ήρθαν τα Χριστούγεννα, ακολούθησε η Πρωτοχρονιά και ακόμα δεν υπήρχε κανένα σημάδι για την αντικατάστασή μας. Μετά από πολλές ακόμη άκαρπες κλήσεις κατά τη διάρκεια της Πρωτοχρονιάς, η Κωτσόβολος μας είπε να κάνουμε μια νέα παραγγελία για μια νέα τηλεόραση και μας πρόσφερε ένα κουπόνι αξίας ίσο με την αρχική μας παραγγελία. Μέχρι τότε, η Κωτσόβολος είχε αυξήσει την τιμή κατά 100€. Αρνηθήκαμε και απαιτήσαμε την επιστροφή του συνολικού ποσού μας. Μετά από 2 εβδομάδες καθυστέρησης, τελικά πήραμε τα χρήματά μας πίσω.

I ordered an item on the 16.12.25. Today 20.01.26 I was told that the item was sent back due to the shop...I was never informed or called as to when I will receive the item...I was not even called. TRAGIC! I will never buy from them AGAIN!

We paid extra money for "delivery and installation" of a white devise/washing machine at a time that suited us but we were informed after the delivery that the installation will happen at a later stage as is the removal of the old device, in direct contrast with the information received upon payment. We complained and asked for a cancellation of the order but the process is nearly impossible, full of loops, endless waiting time to speak to customer services and questions about when we will get our money back. Zero accountability from an abysmal company that no longer cares for customers' money, time and needs.

Τραγική επικοινωνία με το τηλεφωνικό κέντρο. Ασυντόνιστοι και αδιαφοροι. Μια φορά να παραγγείλω από εκεί κα να πάνε όλα σωστά δεν έχει τύχει..
Ακόμα περιμένω

Ανύπαρκτη εξυπηρέτηση πελατών. Μετά από 30 λεπτά αναμονής πέφτει η γραμμή. Έχω καλέσει 10 φορές και δεν έχω καταφέρει να μιλήσω με εκπρόσωπο. Έστειλαν την παραγγελία μου σε λάθος πόλη και 20 μέρες μετά με ενημέρωσαν ότι πρέπει να περιμένω άλλες 15 μέρες για να έρθει στη διεύθυνσή μου. Ποτέ ξανά.

The delivery was delayed despite a confirmed and verified delivery time slot.

Although delivery to the apartment had already been paid for, the delivery crew demanded an additional €40 to bring the appliance inside my ground-floor apartment. When this was refused, they left the appliance at the building entrance and left.

I raised a formal complaint with Kotsovolos Customer Support, but they stated they did not identify any issues. This response is unacceptable given the facts and shows a lack of accountability.

Overall, a very disappointing and unprofessional experience.

Απαράδεκτη διαχείριση παραγγελίας και εμπαιγμός πελάτη από τον Κωτσόβολος

Αξία: περίπου 700 € – πλήρως προπληρωμένο

Κατά την αγορά, μας διαβεβαίωσαν ότι το προϊόν θα παραδοθεί εντός 5 ημερών.
Στη συνέχεια λάβαμε επίσημη ενημέρωση ότι το στεγνωτήριο αναμένεται στην κεντρική αποθήκη στις 17/12/2025, με υπόσχεση νέας ειδοποίησης.

Η ημερομηνία δεν τηρήθηκε ποτέ.

Πήγαμε στο κατάστημα, μας ζήτησαν «κατανόηση λόγω γιορτών» και μας έδωσαν νέα τελική ημερομηνία Ιανουαρίου.
Σήμερα, μετά από επικοινωνία τόσο με το κατάστημα όσο και με τα κεντρικά, η απάντηση ήταν αποκαρδιωτική:

Δεν υπάρχει απόθεμα
Δεν γνωρίζουν πότε θα υπάρξει
Δεν μπορούν να δώσουν κανένα χρονοδιάγραμμα
Μιλάνε αόριστα για 2–3 μήνες αναμονή
Μας είπαν απλώς να ξανακαλέσουμε σε μία εβδομάδα ή να διαλέξουμε άλλο προϊόν

Δηλαδή:
Έχετε κρατήσει 700 €
Δεν έχετε προϊόν
Δεν έχετε ημερομηνία
Δεν έχετε απάντηση

Αν ένα προϊόν δεν υπάρχει, δεν το πουλάτε.
Αν δεν μπορείτε να τηρήσετε ημερομηνίες, δεν παίρνετε τα χρήματα του πελάτη.

Αυτή η συμπεριφορά είναι ανεπίτρεπτη για μεγάλη αλυσίδα και δείχνει πλήρη έλλειψη επαγγελματισμού και σεβασμού.
Νιώθουμε ότι μας έχουν κυριολεκτικά κρεμάσει.

Αναμένουμε άμεση και σοβαρή λύση.
Η υπομονή μας έχει εξαντληθεί.

WORST COMPANY IN CYPRUS!!!
I purchased and paid for delivery on December 21st. They promised delivery on December 24th. I received a text message about the delivery time, but nothing was delivered and no one contacted me. I went to the store to find out, and they said they would deliver on December 31st (nothing was delivered and no one contacted me). So I wrote here and created a ticket. I still haven't received any information about my order! This is outrageous!!!

Απαράδεκτοι, προσπαθώ απο τις 16.12 να παραλάβω και εεπιτα απο ενα σωρό τεχνικά προβλήματα υποτίθεται οτι βγάλαμε κάποια άκρη ώστε σήμερα να μου παραδοθεί το προϊόν, βέβαια δεν έλαβα ποτέ το μήνυμα της παράδοσης με αποτέλεσμα ξανά με δική μου πρωτοβουλία να επαναδρομολογηθει η παράδοση για επόμενη εβδομάδα, ειμαι έξαλλη!!!

Αγόρασα laptop την περίοδο black friday. Η προσφορά είχε επιπλέον 25000 χιλιαδες alpha bonus ποντους. Δεν περάστηκαν. Επικοινώνησα 3 φορές με το κέντρο και τελικά κατάφερα να ανοίξω ticket. Μετά από μέρες με πήραν πίσω να μου πουν ότι οι πόντοι περάστηκαν... φυσικά ακόμα τους περιμένω..

Stay away. This is probably the worst company I have ever had to deal with. Unprofessional, unreliable, poor customer service, lack of communication, and ultimately deceitful. Ordered a dishwasher 2 months ago. Bought the extended warranty for peace of mind. The appliance was delivered broken. Took them 2 months and multiple phone calls/emails/messages to engage in a meaningful way. We are now nearly 3 months down the line and I still do not have a functioning dishwasher. I explained that I am a cancer patient and their sloppiness is starting to affect my health. They could not care less. Stay away at all costs.

Order from 15/12 and did not appeared on their system although i had already pay it. After phone call at 18/12 the assume that they will fix the order within the day. I call them again at 19/12 and 20/12 but still nothing.
I had a second order that it supposed to ship within the same city and i was waiting from 17/12 although they advertise that you can have within the day
