Received all of my albums on time. only thing is one of the packaging of the albums was damaged on the side but just glad that the contents are intact.

Recently I had to exchange an album with the shop and they dealt with it really well and didn’t charge me extra fees other than shipping it back.
The album always comes in the perfect condition.
Overall I’m satisfied with my recent purchase with them.

Was a little apprehensive at first as it was the only UK-based K-Pop shop with the version of the album I wanted in stock, and it was cheaper than every other site too. But trusted the reviews on here and glad I did! No issues at all. The order emails weirdly went to my junk folder, so if you're concerned by that make sure to check there etc!

They have a good variety of albums to buy and are very fast with shipping. Even preorders are pretty fast. They also are good at answering questions you ask them :)

I bought the CD Album at the near to the end of April from your business. I’m still waiting for it. I know that you have delivered on your side of the water, but I presumed @ €38 Euro’s or so was the price fine great I can do that, but no no no it’s more money for customs charges, it’s has almost cost me €50 euro altogether and 4 weeks still waiting. My daughter is very disappointed. I do understand it’s not your responsibility of customs charges or is it ?...

Found this shop a few months ago and liked the fact it was local to the UK and had a great variety of artists you don't tend to find in retailers around here. Preordered some albums and photocard sets. Everything arrived in top condition, especially the thicker card sleeve for the promotional photocard was a nice addition. Prices were reasonable and my shipping equally not bad at all. Luckily, the shop switched their standard postage option to tracked before my order shipped, so I got a free upgrade. Will definitely buy my more obscure kpop albums from here now!

Ordered the new kep1er Lovestruck! album from them, in which the estimated arrival to their shop was April 20 - May 20, so I wasn't expecting to hear about delivery until May but it arrived so quickly (April 21st) and in near-perfect condition (aside from a very small dent)! All the inclusions were there and it made my day - I am very pleased and would definitely shop here again:)
