I've placed several orders from Kpop Moon and I wouldn't order albums anywhere else!

The customer service is fantastic - I asked about availability of some albums which weren't on the website and Ryan got back to me the next day with availability and prices. The communication and updates on the order are always great, so you know exactly what stage the order is at. Arrived on time and in perfect condition. And when there was an unavoidable delay with one item, Ryan's been great about chasing it up and keeping me updated.

Honestly couldn't be happier with the service and if I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would!! Highly recommend!!! x

The UK based k-pop store to order from if you just want it to be easy and stress-free. They have an incredible catalogue, due to their unique ordering system, where they don't have UK stock, but instead order pretty much anything you want from Korea. And if they don't have what you're looking for? Email Ryan and he will sort it lightening fast. The customer service is really incredible. I ordered from K-Pop Moon pretty regularly a few years and it was a huge help filling in gaps in my collection. Such a help that I basically haven't needed to order since then!! Then this month a release came out that no UK retailer had up for pre-order, but of course Ryan could find it and I received it today, sooner than expected, only 10 days after release in Korea. Their packaging is also by far the best of any UK k-pop store I've tried (and I think I've tried most of them at this point). For new releases, K-pop Moon is honestly a little pricier than other stores, but really it's worth it for the service they provide and I know they keep the prices as long as they can with the unusual ordering system they have. Really cannot recommend them highly enough!

I can not fault Ryan's service he always delivers!
What was amazing is that he was able secure a really hard to get album without going through sketchy sites.
