Kpop Moon Reviews

This isn't my first time buying from Kpop Moon, and I'm always happy with the service, it's consistently great. My packages are always well packed, and Ryan is very helpful. I'll definitely keep buying here!

Amazing communication!!

When I had an issue with my parcel they were very quick to get back to me and help fix it, and were super friendly and understanding!

Whenever I order from here I always have a 10/10 experience, and will definitely order from here again :)

Great store. Ryan is excellent at responding to messages and goes above and beyond to help. Very satisfied with the service and the quality of the products on arrival. Thank you

Kpop Moon has always gone above and beyond to keep me informed about orders and deliveries. They are always my first stop when I'm buying Kpop albums.

My e-mails were answered with in 24 hours and even otherwise the customer service was great.

Amazing prices! So much better than many other shops. Also amazing customer service, they were super helpful with all my queries and issues. I highly recommend, They are the best!! My go to K-pop shop

I received my order of 6 albums today and as per usual everything arrived on time and perfectly packaged. Excellent service as usual and I am extremely happy with the products I received.

This was my first time using Kpop moon but my order came in perfect condition and when I needed some guidance they were fast and very helpful - I will defiantly be using again.

I have purchased items from kpop moon a few times & i have always been very satisfied with the service provided. I am always kept up to date on my items & the service provided is always outstanding.

Excellent website which is easy to navigate and a joy to browse. Fantastic choice of albums, including many hard to source items, with a clear explanation of availability, lead times and delivery estimates. Exemplary and super friendly customer service with handy updates on dispatch and other matters. Without reservation, the whole buying process at Kpop Moon makes me happy. They are definitely the first U.K. site I go to and look at when shopping for Kpop albums. I have never been left disappointed by any of my interactions with them and they always deliver both great products and fantastic service.

Customer service is always on point, quick & friendly.
Any updates or other info is clearly communicated when needed, and the whole shopping experience has always been painless.
Would happily recommend choosing to shop at KPM :)

I ordered two albums from Kpopmoon, but one turned out to be unavailable. The seller contacted me right away and arranged a refund for the album plus postage, which I really appreciated. He kept me updated about my order, and the album arrived in perfect condition. I’m very happy with the service overall and definitely look forward to ordering again!

I have ordered from this store many times, it is where I get all my kpop albums from and I haven't got a single negative thing to say about it.

The customer service is amazing, always has fast responses and the owner is always so friendly.

The shipping times are always accurate and efficient, meaning I always recieve my orders on time.

I have never had a bad experience with this store and always reccomend it to people looking to purchase kpop albums in the UK, especially if they want pre-order benefits with their items.

I absolutely love this store and couldn't reccomend it more

P.S the sweets are a nice little freebie 🤭

The packaging was scratched slightly and that caused some damage to the album. Although after reaching out, I was able to receive generous compensation and the person I spoke to was lovely and keen to make me happy. Will definitely order from here again as this has given me a good overview of Kpop moon.

Kpop Moon deliver consistently excellent service, on time and deliver in great condition.

Kpop moon is genuinely the only uk based K-pop store I use, I’ve never had a bad experience with them and I find the shipping updates very useful. Not to mention the store has very fair pricing and hardworking staff. I’d recommend K-pop moon one any other uk based K-pop store that I’ve tried!

Kpop Moon is one of the best providers of Kpop mechandise on the market today.

Ever since my first album i ordered i've stuck with Kpop Moon for every single purchase. With the mix of reasonable prices and timely listings i wouldn't ever want to order from anywhere else.

And that's not even to mention customer service, I've never recieved faster and more helpful responses from any company i've interacted with.

I'd would (And have) highly recommend Kpop Moon to anyone who is looking at starting or growing their collections.

Kpop Moon is an outstanding K-pop shop! I’ve shopped with them many times shall keep coming back!! Why, when there is an increasingly long list of options to choose from to do k-shopping, would I choose Kpop Moon…well for lots of reasons:

1) Amazing customer service from Ryan who is really helpful, quick to reply and clearly cares about providing a quality experience for customers.

2) Great variety of groups/artists to choose from, often being the place where I can find albums from smaller groups or older releases, as well as also having the latest comebacks from the bigger groups.

3) Quality of items and delivery. Shipping is pretty quick, and prices of items and delivery are reasonable. Parcels always arrive securely and thoughtfully packaged with the items in perfect condition.

4) POB choices to go with your album order! Often with a variety to choose from. Kpop Moon are also the only shop I’ve been able to order specific member versions of certain comebacks from which is a great bonus.

5) Reliable!! I have been let down by a few other shops for various reasons but Kpop Moon has always been a shop I can count on.

Myself, and my friends who also shop here, only have positive things to say and would absolutely recommend Kpop Moon to any fellow kshoppers <3

Best UK-based kpop store. Ordered from here multiple times and I’ve always received my order quickly and well packaged. Most importantly the customer service is amazing. Responses are super quick and the time something went wrong beyond the store’s control the owner went above and beyond to resolve it for me! I don’t buy kpop albums anymore but if I ever decide to again this is definitely where I’d shop.

Unfortunately the album I bought could not be stocked however the store owner contacted me fast and we swapped the album for a different album I was wanting. As there was stocking problems with the other album the store owner checked that the new album was definitely available and communicated all the way. The album arrived fast and safely.
