Kramer kept me informed every step of the way, answering questions, providing timelines and being very respectful of my loved one's remains.

On Saturday when the deceased was picked up we were assured there would be no problem for his father to see the body on Monday and someone would call us for a specific time. On Monday, when we did not receive a call, we called and were told that his father could not see the body, no exceptions.

The company was open on the weekend for drop off of my beloved cat on the day he passed. Although the office was not open, they had a procedure for drop off. The service was performed quickly (I paid extra for the 3-day cremation window) and pickup was easy. The staff were respectful and to the point.

This is a no frills service but was a dignified experience. Good service and would recommend.

My little Chihuahua died unexpectedly on a Friday night. Through my shock and grief, last thing I wanted to do was figure out how to honor his little body before decomposition began. I didn’t have $500+ and no place to bury him..not to mention it was the weekend.
Kramer made it so easy to set up online and drop him off without worrying about hidden fees or or a difficult business hours.
For anyone who wants all the extras, they have that too.
Very inexpensive. Very straightforward and uncomplicated.
I’d recommend to anyone who experiences the loss of a pet.

The gentleman that picked up our son were sensitive to our recent loss and the rarity of the situation. We really appreciate how well they handled the whole situation. Everything was done so that it was the best possible experience under the circumstances.

They have been very professional and timely with all the notifications, we're not done yet but everything has been great so far.

I have struggled to make sure that my son‘s middle name has is spelt correctly on his death certificate. His middle name is spelt CHRISTIAAN so there are two A’s at the end of his middle name and I have seen it spelt multiple ways on his death certificate and I would like to be assured that it has been corrected properly. I have requested to see the draft death certificate, one more time to make sure it is spelt correctly. I am waiting on the draft copy at this time.

You're not really low cost. You're about average for single animal cremation. And everytime I called I received a text to begin the process again which was annoying. Your people didn't know I had already picked up my pet and called to schedule pick up. I'm grateful you exist, but poetically won't use you again.

Kramer handled everything professionally and with kindness and care.

This is the second time in 4 and half months I have had to use Kramer. They are wonderful and caring. I highly recommend them for your family needs.
