Very Professional

I did absolutely nothing but greive. They picked him up within 2 hours. Your staff was exceptionally kind and compassionate throughout the information collection process. He was ready within the month to come home. I received his death certificate. That's it. Everything was done. I am so glad to have had After.com take care of my husband. I wouldnt have known where to start. Thank you so much.

Why am I being charged so much for a pre-made compared to a monthly installment package.... First advertisement I saw was for $995, I was charged 1995 (paid in full, no monthly charges) then I see an advertisement for $1,395 at the rate of $30 a month.... I am not satisfied!! There are no finance charges if I pay in full for a pre-need.... 702-886-2322

Seems like a huge scam done to the elderly. Told one price and received paperwork for more than double. Payments over 5 years. Was not explained. Good I read through the whole thing. Be very careful!!

Once again, since you apparently didn't get my first review. - After.com was wonderful. They were one step ahead of me at all times and made this grieving experience much easier. I cannot thank them enough! Highly recommend.

Less worry
With my father's policy already set up, all we had to do was contact After.com; they handled everything and let us know what we needed to take care of. I appreciate Cadence's guidance for the days ahead.

After the unexpected demise of my beloved mother I had to make the decision for her arrangements. With deep research, referrals and reviews After.com seemed to be my best choice. Affordable with nice selections.

Since this was a first for me and having to deal with extended family regarding the matter it wasn't an easy process.

But my After.com Care Specialist, Iva Workman was very caring, sensitive, attentive and respectful to my needs and the wishes of my mother. She kept me updated on the process and any changes that I needed to make she made sure everything was done in accordance to my need terms of agreement.
Iva went beyond measure to facilitate the hardship of personal connections to make my mothers transition for her cremation as smooth as possible. She was a blessed angel of Gods mercy and grace to have had an extra duty of being the liaison between distant families.

SN: There was a concern that I addressed with Iva during the process and trust that she will make sure that it will be addressed with upper personal.

Overall if and I pray that I won't have to go through a process like this again it will be with a sadness but peaceful trust having After.com assist me.

UPDATE: I appreciate Brynn taking the time to figure out the issue, get it fixed promptly, and communicate with me thoroughly.

It's been a month and a half and I still don't have my spouse's death certificates. No one from After.com will return my calls, texts, etc. to give me an update. The financial stress caused by not having these documents is making the whole ordeal even worse.

The service seems to be great and your representative help me with all the questions my wife and i had. Thank You.

I recently called on Friday to receive information on prices and for some information the lady who answered was extremely unprofessional and had lots of attitude. I understand people have bad days but if you’re working at a place where loved ones are preparing for death a sensitive time for many you should have some compassion and some basic respect for others.

The came and picked up his body with respect and dignity. The communication was spotty. The emails with tips came a month post-death. That was ridiculous. I needed those things in the first week. I had to struggle through by myself. It took 10 days to get a doctor’s signature on the death certificate. The death certificate is wrong in one box because you made an assumption.

On behalf of our family, I want to express our deepest gratitude to Evans-Brown Mortuary for the compassion, professionalism, and care they showed during the celebration of life for my mother, Carmen Reyes. During one of the most difficult times in our lives, your staff treated our family with kindness, patience, and genuine empathy from beginning to end.

Every detail was handled with such thoughtfulness and respect, allowing us to focus on honoring my mother’s memory and being present with loved ones.
