The simplicity of the product and its options together with very competitive pricing made our prearrangements simple to understand and affordable. The International travel protection was very important to us and our families. Finally, the associate I worked with was easy to understand and very patient.

Phillip made this a great experience. We tried putting it off for years until we found someone we could trust. He was professional, kind and understanding. I have no words to describe how he made it easy for me throughout the whole process. Now I know our daughters won't have to go through a hard time trying to find a cremation plan for us.

The representative was very helpful and answered my questions with great details about the program. He was even willing to stop the call so I could start a class and finished it when I was done

The initial set-up with After.com was easy, as was the process of having the number called after the death. However, my experience with the Care Specialist from that point forward made this experience unpleasant. After.com aims to provide an effortless experience, and it was not effortless. I had to call multiple times to follow-up on promised paperwork, many of my emails went un-answered, and call backs took multiple days. While my questions were unattended to, the Care Specialist regularly hassled me on his own timeline, going as far as to email me about my "delayed" payment 28 minutes after I received the first invoice. The USPS tracking number was "lost" for 2 days and the ashes were so delayed being picked up that the company had to have them couriered to a local mortuary for me to pick up so we would have the ashes the day of the funeral. The reason I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 is that ultimately the company did get the ashes to me, but the experience was wholly unpleasant and stressful, despite an easy set-up experience to start.

Eton was wonderful he made it very easy answered all my questions and explained everything thoroughly to me.

She was polite and understanding when I had problems understanding certain conditions.

From start to finish, the process went smoothly. All my questions were answered with total transparency and everything was easy to understand, resulting in my decision to choose After.com for my end-of-life preparation. Corbin was the best-of-the-best and I am grateful for all of his help.

Someone other than initial contact was able to find info & finalize paperwork. Love the no down payment option!

I don't often leave reviews. But this time I want to share my experience. I was interested but hesitant at first about cremation. That's why it took a while for me to make a decision. When Corbin first reached out to me, I was still uncertain about it. But he checked in on me periodically and I appreciate that he did not pressure me to sign up. He invested his time addressing my concerns and I am glad I finalized my cremation needs with him. Not that I am excited to use this anytime soon, but knowing I have this in place gives me peace of mind.

This company made a devastating situation much better. Compassionate, thorough and on point.

My experience with After. Com was absolutely wonderful! It was the most pain free process I have gone through. The staff were friendly and caring and efficient. They were expedient and made my trying time so much easier and they did everything they said in a timely manner and with dignity. The quality of the "urn" was also beautiful. The after care was wonderful from certificates to grief care basically A-Z . Can't thank them enough! So I would confidently recommend their service.
