What a shame there’s no zero horrendous experience bought an item in Jul arrived damaged and faulty blew our electrics pro quality to even look at refuse to refund ask us to get an electrical inspection report which we refused then they agreed we could send it back for the inspect and they are refusing to take everything because they have no one capable to fix it and that we should collect it! Why are these people still in business? Do not buy from them?

A Warning to Other Customers – Poor Customer Service and Refusal to Accept a Return

I ordered an oil filtration machine for my fish and chip shop from this company. However, after receiving the machine, I discovered significant discrepancies between the actual product and the description provided on the seller’s website. The machine did not perform as expected and was not suitable for my requirements as advertised.

The day after delivery, I emailed the company and explained the problems in detail. They asked me to provide a video demonstrating the issue, which I did in good faith. However, after reviewing the video, they refused to accept the return, claiming that I had used the machine.

This is particularly frustrating because I only used the machine at their request to demonstrate the problem and provide evidence that it was not functioning as expected.

A few days later, I sent the company a formal letter requesting that the matter be addressed. Unfortunately, I have received no response whatsoever.

Everything was fine . Only problem was checkout didn't give me 5% reduction for signing up to email. Would've been 5 stars otherwise.

I used this product

I purchased an Ice Machine for my busy Pub and read all the information about this particular product on the Website and it stated it was for commercial use. The product arrived with screws missing and quite clearly very cheaply manufactured.

I struggled to get the Ice Machine to produce any ice as the Instructions were useless. When the Ice Machine eventually started to produce ice it last approximately two weeks before it stopped working. I contacted KRD Catering and reported my issues there response to my emails very shocking, very unhelpful and they contradicted themselves saying someone from their “technical team” would call me. Unfortunately this never happened so I emailed again and again to now be told I have to get a technician out to look at the problem and then send the report to them!! The Ice Machine cost over £400 and now am I expected to get someone out to look at this Machine who has no understanding of how it works as it is their own branded product, not a renowned manufacturer. They won’t escalate my emails to a Manager and won’t refund my money or replace the Ice Machine I purchased with one years parts warranty.
I am absolutely disgusted with their customer service and cheap (for want of a better word) “Fisher Price” equipment. STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS

Very disappointed. Brand new commercial machine delivered with faulty middle burners that fail to light up. I reported the defect within 24 hours with full video evidence, but customer service has ignored my emails and provided no support. Unacceptable for a business.

Hands are tied , to return item would have cost me over 200 . No point . Finally wired 2nd electric hob up after being sat in box for months as first one was awful and eventually died after few months . Anyway the second one that was too expensive to return we had no choice but to keep and use . Day we wired it up lights aren’t working , the temperature dials are just for decoration, the temp doesn’t change . Just blazing heat all time . The top of hob warps with the heat . The heat just stops randomly and you forever having to move pans to find which hob is now hot despite them all being on . Will never buy from this shoddy company again .
Please avoid , biggest mistake we made as a new business . Sorry for waffling , infuriated !!!

placed order for electric bain marie, a sadette and gn pans. I recieved an email informing me the bain marie and sadette are out of stock and will refund me but still sending the pans which i then didnt need. So i order from another supplier. I hear nothing from krd so i message them asking when i will recieve my refund. The reply they have now fulfilled my order and sending everything and no refund. I message them informing them i have ordered from someone else and just require my refund and am now getting no responce from them. I recommend anyone to use ggm gastro instead!

Damaged items arrived on Friday when I wasn’t there (obviously package had been dropped). When I returned to work on Monday and saw the damage they refused to refund as it had been more than 24 hours since delivery. Claiming money back through my bank now.

Speed of service, and customer service, although I'm still awaiting delivery of an item, but overall I'm quite pleased.

I have more than 10 thousand paund worht stuff and I e maild the costumer service and my machines r not working properly and seems like no one worry about it and I can't open my shop because brannew stuff not working properly

My item came faulty and I have asked for the exchange but I can clearly see that the don’t want. I wish I had came across reviews before. Speaking to the customer service girl over the phone having asked for her name as reference she’s telling me I don’t need her name. They are just thieves. I will drive that item at their shop address and dump it there. I have a lot to say It cannot even fit here. I am very very disappointed. One of the dangerous and worst company. If you want to burn 🔥 your business into fire and want to kill your staff in that fire, then buy products from this KRD company which is 0% not tested and assembled with zero knowledge.

I bought a gas appliance and it was leaking gas 5 ways of the appliance. I was lucky to have a good gas engineer on site with me to save me.

All products are horrible and cannot be trusted at all this company

My advise to all to stay safe in your business and buy product from other reputable companies. KRD just a crap. Kindly avoid for your future business & health & safety.
