Great service but balance drains faster than expected
I used KrispCall mainly to get a US phone number and it worked really well overall. The setup was straightforward and call quality was solid. My only concern is that the balance depletes quite quickly, and what surprised me is that even unanswered incoming calls still consume credit. That part was a bit frustrating and caught me off guard. Aside from that, it does what it promises and I would recommend it to anyone who just needs a reliable US number.

Amazing support and sales people. Always fast. KYC takes some time, but it's all right. We had a problem with the quality of the line at the beginning but it's been fixed.

This is a scam company. They first ask us to buy a subscription. They give us a $1 test balance. Then they ask us to add credit balance. When it doesn't work after doing everything, I asked for a refund. They refunded my subscription balance but didn't refund my credit balance.
