Kristoffersencarpets Reviews

From start to finish excellent job. Guy in store very experienced and no hard sell full of knowledge. Fitters we’re excellent as well nothing too much trouble and didn’t rush the job unbelievable finish wouldn’t use anybody else after this experience

Thoroughly delighted with my new flooring. The fitters, Kevin and Dan were brilliant. Left my home spotless and moved the heavy furniture back in place, even going so far as to plug all my TV cables back. Would definitely recommend Kristoffersen Carpets Portobello brandch

The fitters

Fantastic choice in the Galashiels shop , friendly staff. Fitted carpet looks great

Very courteous and efficient

Used Kristoffersen a few times and recommended them to family and friends, great business, great service and good prices, highly recommended!

Brilliant company with brilliant people I can’t recommend them enough. They fit a wide variety of quality flooring products that last the test of time. Myself and many friends have used kristoffersen carpets we would not go anywhere else for flooring. They offer great service and value for money.

I would not spend my money with this company after everything that has come out regarding a director’s son and motorcycle theft. The company has publicly acknowledged the situation and tried to distance the business from his actions, but personally I would rather support a different local business.

As a motorcyclist, I have absolutely no sympathy for bike thieves or anyone involved in stealing other people’s bikes. I would not feel comfortable giving this company my money.

I have used Kristoffersen Carpets for a number of years for many floorings projects and special mention must go to Leigh who provides outstanding service, her extensive expertise is evident and she consistently delivers excellent products, service and support. Highly recommeded

Confirmed family business of motorcycle thieves by the Edinburgh stolen motorcycle group - both brothers confirmed as thieves and one caught. Would you trust them in your home? I certainly wouldn't.....

Spend your money elsewhere instead of giving it to people who steal bikes.

Ross and Kieren are bike thieves who clearly don't have good role models for parents. Spend your money with a family business who have decent family values

Shocking service and felt robbed with overall quality and customer experience

Had a carpet fitted yesterday by Brian and his team. Excellent service, quick, neat and tidy. Hoovered up and took all scraps away. Will definitely use again.

Great experience from start to finish with the Fenton Barns branch. Callum’s service was super helpful (and patient!) in getting our choice ordered. Jason & Connor were our brilliant fitters - really efficient, great workmanship and really friendly. Thanks … looking forward to our rugs made from the off-cuts! Highly recommend.

Great local company in Galashiels that we've used before. Again we had excellent service from Dave and the carpet fitting team. Love our new hall, stairs and landing carpet. Very quick and professional fitting. We'll be back again soon, once the next bit of redecorating is done!

Great experience from start to finish. All staff involved were friendly & helpful. Second time we've used the company - highly recommend.

Very pleased with carpet and vinyl fitted in hall / stair and kitchen. Advice from Steven in store helped greatly in selection and fitters (Brian, Lee and Oliver) did an excellent job with the fitting. Would recommend highly.

Brian and his team were amazing, super friendly and knowledgeable.
Would 100% recommend

I would like to thank Kieran and Brad for their excellent workmanship in our new home. They were very professional and yet easy going to fit in with our schedule. It was a pleasure and the carpets look brilliant.
