Product quality is excellent only let down by the rubbish & no doubt cheap courier used (Evri) who delivered to the wrong address. Luckily I managed to retrieve the next day.

Poor experience all around
Charged £5 for delivery. Shoes were really small and didn’t fit. Charged £5 for return. Return label could not be generated online due to website error.

Perfect!
My shoes fit perfectly and are so comfortable. Beautifuuly made. It's wonderful to have leather again. The grip is great, so I feel very safe.
Only downside was they took a while to arrive. Evri is not a good courier choice!

Terrible Delivery Service!
I ordered two pairs as was unsure of the size & have since returned the 9.5 size as was happier with the size 9, however, I’m still waiting for the refund to go through!
I would have given a higher score if it wasn’t for the fact that you use the courier Evri who are notoriously the worst courier service in the UK.
It took nearly three weeks for me to receive my order after receiving confirmation it had left your store!…… absolutely ridiculous!

K-Swiss trainers are my favorites for playing tennis and have worn them for years. The trainers arrived and look great, but are the most uncomfortable pair I’ve ever purchased very disappointing worn twice and my Achilles are hurting.
