I had to send the first pair back as they were faulty and took ages for customer service to get back to me. I sent the faulty pair back over a week ago and had had no notification that they've been received or a refund issued. Ordered a replacement pair on 2nd July and still waiting for them with no update on where they are. Very disappointed and will think twice before ordering anything else from K Swiss again

Website easy to use. Order processed and delivered in timely fashion.

I'm very happy with my K-FRAME Rublo tennis shoes especially with the discount of 30%. The delivery time was longer than expected but customer service was excellent at replying quickly to my queries.

Shoes are good. As ever with k Swiss delivery was slow not accurately tracked Use better courier

Speedy response from customer service when I wanted to return the shoes.
The fitting is small compared to my normal size.

Bought replacements for old pair that had worn out. Reassuring that they were exactly the same and so great fit and quality as before.

As I have not received my order , it seems that it has been with your courier EVRI for quite a while and I have had no luck in contacting them. So yes I'm slightly frustrated and concerned as to when I will get my order..

What a great find a great price brilliant product and quality finish and really decent delivery time being shipped from Europe to the U.K.

I am trying to return some trainers but I am having problems with the return barcode created not being recognised.
I have emailed several times but have not received any replies. Please help

The delivery took a little longer than expected.
Overall I like the shoes, however there is an internal seam that rubs against the side of my little toes; this has caused blisters.

Great shoes for tennis very comfortable

I always buy K-Swiss footwear, because they are the most comfortable trainers for me. I need to buy a size 6 though, when I wear 5 in my other shoes, but I learned that years ago and they have been consistent in their sizing. I find them to be made from good quality materials and long lasting, I even put them in my washing machine to freshen up and they still look great to me. I've had different styles over the years, as I played tennis and badminton, I wore them when I was sailing and camping. They are reliable, I find, and I often get my new ones in a sale. I receive updates to my order when they are being delivered, very useful, and so far I haven't had any problems with my orders, except a colour detail was incorrect with this order. I asked for white and silver and got white with red and blue detail. Not a problem for me. I'm still happy.

My go to trainers, they don't fall apart, there comfortable and go well with jeans etc, kswiss are also competitively priced, delivery to the UK takes a little longer but worth the wait.

I have not had a reply to my email sent a week ago and am still waiting for a refund!

Extremely slow delivery and returns process, had to contact customer services a few times to get a refund.

I had a problem ordering some k Swiss tennis shoes as I couldn’t find a pair that fitted and I had to pay return fees each time. Cassandre was amazing at helping me and provided me with a discount to make up for it. Excellent customer support.

First time buying K- Swiss so comfortable knocks Nike and Adidas into a cocked hat.
