Tennis shoes and towel ordered on 25th June for a birthday gift on 8th July.
Now 17th July… goods have not arrived apparently lost by courier Evri despite numerous updates stating the goods would be delivered
Failed to send a replacement as requested now refunded the purchase cost.
Was unable to find a phone number to discuss.
Very disappointing

Delivery on time. I buy K Swiss shoes as I am a tennis player. The pair i brought are very nice. Have not used them yet as I am recovering fro surgical operation.

Great trainer, great service and great quality

I purchased a "K-Swiss Hypercourt Express 3" from the website couple of months ago, and the right shoe makes a squeegee sound from day one in every step. I contacted customer support for a replacement as I believe the noise is due to manufacturing fault, but K-Swiss denied responsibility and offered a %40 off coupon instead. I own several other K-Swiss shoe, and had been happy about the quality of the brand so far, but beware that you may receive a faulty pair from K-Swiss and they will deny responsibility and resolve the issue.

Note: I sent K-Swiss a video of me bending the nose of the shoe to record the noise it makes, so I dont even have to wear the shoe to extract the noise. Therefore, the issue is not the shape of my foot, how I move on the court, or the surface I play.

Always buy my husband K-Swiss trainers as he says they are the most comfortable trainers going. Also, the designs are great. Loyal K-Swiss customer for a long time and will continue to be.

I need to return an order, the online form repeatedly fails and despite sending many emails and WhatsApp messages asking for help, nobody has contacted me. Very poor customer experience, I am highly unlikely to order from you again.

This is my 3rd pair of K Swiss trainers, so comfy and looks good.

Arrived in great condition. Well packed and a good fit as usual.

I had to send the first pair back as they were faulty and took ages for customer service to get back to me. I sent the faulty pair back over a week ago and had had no notification that they've been received or a refund issued. Ordered a replacement pair on 2nd July and still waiting for them with no update on where they are. Very disappointed and will think twice before ordering anything else from K Swiss again
