Product quality is excellent only let down by the rubbish & no doubt cheap courier used (Evri) who delivered to the wrong address. Luckily I managed to retrieve the next day.

Comfortable Padel shoes
Padel shoes arrived within a week.
Was initially concerned that I should have ordered a half size bigger but after 48 with shoe trees in they are now a perfect fit.

Nice shoes, shame sizing is a tad small.
Hope shoes will give a little after wearing as my big toe is just rubbing, making it hurt after a short walk.

Goods failed to be delivered
Tennis shoes and towel ordered on 25th June for a birthday gift on 8th July.
Now 17th July… goods have not arrived apparently lost by courier Evri despite numerous updates stating the goods would be delivered
Failed to send a replacement as requested now refunded the purchase cost.
Was unable to find a phone number to discuss.

Unfortunately, when a parcel is confirmed as lost by the carrier, we are unable to send a replacement order. In these situations, our procedure is to issue a full refund for the order.

Delivery on time. I buy K Swiss shoes as I am a tennis player. The pair i brought are very nice. Have not used them yet as I am recovering fro surgical operation.
