Returns policy leaves a lot to be desired. Firstly you have to pay for returns whereas so many companies now provide free returns and secondly it’s been over two weeks now and still no refund. It really shouldn’t take that long

Regarding your refund, please note that once your return is received at our warehouse, the refund is usually processed within 24 hours. As your return arrived at our warehouse earlier this week, the refund should be completed very shortly if it hasn’t been already.

The trainers i ordered arrived very quickly. Was in good packaging, the trainers box is in tip top condition. The trainers them selves are very comfortable and stylish. I would highly recommend kswiss to anyone.

Look as pictured except they certainly look off-white. I suppose you could call them white but they are not the typical 'clean' white you expect in trainers/sneakers and the white laces really shows this up. It's obvious so I don't understand why they don't find a way to distinguish in the descriptions. It is not expected and with no UK store and other retailers stocking limited lines, there is no other way to realise it.

Defective item / poor customer service
Returned item as was defective. K-Swiss refused to provide and refund although accepted the return online and then proceeded to discard the item. I am now out of pocket and have no trainers.
In response to Kswiss comment below - the item was worn twice and upon the second wear was found defective (they changed shape / warped drastically between the two wears while being stored indoors) Your online system allowed me to return the item based on defective being selected without any obvious mention of contacting yourself.

You mentioned that you wore the shoes three times during tennis before returning them, finding them allegedly defective. However, our policy, as stated on our website, requires customers to contact Customer Service before returning any items reported as defective.
Upon receiving the shoes, we found that they were not defective but had been worn and returned in a dirty and used condition. Unfortunately, this does not qualify for a refund under our return policy.
We understand this may be disappointing and appreciate your understanding of our procedures.

I have worn K Swiss tennis shoes for many years, and love them and the support they give. I am not sure whether my feet have grown, but the pair I recently bought are so uncomfortable I am struggling to wear them.

Disappointed in every aspect
Only ever bought K-Swiss for past 30 years so ordered this on line direct from the K Swiss web site ( delivery charge wasn’t cheap) .
Total disappointment- looked cheap and fitted about a size smaller than my usual tennis all court shoe , previously a perfect fit in a size 5 . Had to return. That cost me another £5 . Took ages few weeks to come and a few weeks to get a return. Never again!
