New Size and Fit Chart is a Disaster
So disappointed with my last purchase of tennis shoes because K Swiss have changed the fit of all their shoes and made them narrower. So after wearing K Swiss for over twenty years, my usual size is now too narrow and too tight so I have had to return them. Customer Service confirmed that the fit has recently been changed, which is ridiculous. You can always wear two pairs of socks if they are too wide but if too narrow then they are useless. Please go back to the old original fit chart

Appauling company
Appauling company. The 1st items didn't arrive at all. After 6 weeks then said they were out of stock. The replacement I then ordered was sent in the wrong size. Throughout this (which went on for 4 months) they never answer emails or the phone (literally do not answer.
Maybe the worst company I've ever dealt with. Shocking!

Great trainers

I never received the product
I never received the product. I contacted the courier on several occasions, but they then pushed the issue back to me. I have had no further contact. It is very disappointing as I love the products, but have no confidence that I will receive the items I ordered.
