Every thing went like clock work and I was treated courteously. Your staff have always been most friendly and helpful.
However, after paying many thousands of dollars over 13 years for my premiums, I thought it was a bit steep asking for another thousand odd dollars as a " contribution " because of age and condition of my awning. My original awning was rarely used and the vehicle is kept under cover.
