Hassle free policy decision
Both consultants I dealt with were knowledgeable, very helpful and made the decision to buy the insurance product hassle free. I also liked the fact there were no extra charges for monthly premium payments.

No worries claim
Contact for my claim was made easily, I was assigned a case assessor and the process began. I was kept informed of all decisions at every stage and my input was highly regarded which made me feel great. The tradesman used for my repair was exceptionally thorough and professional and did an awesome job. I have to really thank the KT team as I live in a remote region in WA so it wasn’t an easy climb to deal with but they were totally flexible and considered all options. Highly recommend them to any RV, motorhome or caravanning owners as a reliable and trusted insurer.

I’d like to share an honest review…
I’d like to share an honest review based on my experience. Unfortunately, I had to make a claim after being involved in two separate hit-and-run incidents, which was understandably a stressful situation.
However, the entire claims process was handled extremely well. The staff were professional, helpful, and understanding throughout, and the service was efficient and straightforward. I felt supported and kept informed during the process, which made a difficult situation much easier to deal with.
Based on my experience, I’m very happy with the way my claims were handled and would definitely recommend their service. Thank you to the team for making the process as smooth and stress-free as possible.

MIxed Experience
Initial support in recovery of my damaged slide-on was rapid and excellent. The subsequent interaction was completely unhelpful.
I had to find a repairer. Repairers were in short supply and i had several refusals when they became aware that it would be an insurance job.I could not take the vehicle far because the camper's attachment to the vehicle was not as designed.
KT declined to assist me find a repairer and gave me the brush-off.
I had to resort to finding my own and pay top dollar too and buying new parts for things that could have been repaired. So not a happy experience>

As we don’t have preferred repairers, customers can choose their own repairer. We understand that finding someone willing and able to carry out the repairs was difficult, and we did refer your claim to AAMC to assist in finding a repairer in your area.
We’re sorry this process didn’t lead to a suitable solution and that you were left feeling unsupported. Thank you for sharing your experience with us.
