This is my second time ordering from ktm stores . I was really pleased the first time but this time it wasn’t quite right. The product itself came on time but it was very messy when I opened the parcel. I ordered tiny packets of mama bhujia sadly one of them was opened up and it was everywhere with other food items . Sadly , it was really messy and had to throw away few items .

The products met my expectations and…
The products met my expectations and were excellent. I did pay for next-day delivery but received them a few days later. While the timing was off, the quality of what I received made up for it. Also, I didn't receive any order confirmation, which might need looking into.

The price was totally wrong
The price was totally wrong, I was charged £60.96 for a box of wai wai and 3 packs of korean noodles. I wasn't happy but my children told me to let it go. I will never use this service in future and I will never recommend anyone to use this service. Very disappointed.

The areas for improvement probably is "communication", as there is no confirmation email/sms of the order. One could be skeptic about placing an order and paying directly on the site in such case.
