I enjoy the ginger and turmeric
I enjoy the ginger and turmeric. The other one which was the moringa, spirulina and black seed oil , I couldn’t stomach it plain. I had to put it in my smoothie which was the only way to enjoy that one.

Unfortunately this took a while to come and then as it is high in iodine it did not agree a sent my anxiety through the roof. So I had to stop taking it. It did help with my stomach so I’m grateful for that.

Do not buy!!!
Purchased this item. Received it on the 5th April. It expired on the 26th April. How do you get through 580g of product in such a short time? It should last at least 1 month. No adequate customer service. No option to refund or replace. Aggressive and unmannerly. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!
