Kudos Giftwrap Reviews

Great customer service, as a new business the support and advice was and has been 1st class 😊

Just had a weird email from them asking if I'd dropped off their marketing emails. To my knowledge I've not signed up for marketing emails or purchased from them so quite why they're emailing me I have no idea.

We wanted some tissue paper for wrapping presents. We called Kudos to ask which product to use and accepted their recommendation despite it being a lot more expensive than other suppliers who we had found. When the tissue arrived, we were very disappointed as it was very creased. I contacted Kudos to explain our disappointment but their only response was that I had ordered the wrong paper. When I explained that this was the product that they had recommended, their only response was 'sorry'.

Lovely products. Reasonably priced. Arrived promptly. Great buying from you!

Quick delivery on a small order. Great quality paper bags in a wide range of sizes. Definitely will buy again :)

Excellent customer service, - I wanted to repeat an order where unfortunately the product had been discontinued. Jeanette went above and beyond to source a suitable alternative.
Thank you!

Jeanette was very helpful and understood our concerns when we were unable to find our usual gift wrap and she sourced a similar one for us.

Quick and efficient response to our needs

I was really pleased to find some environmentally friendly, compostable ribbon. Good selection of colours and widths available. Was perfect for what I wanted.

all went to our deadline and the service was amazing
thanks again

The ribbons I ordered weren't exactly the colour or finish I was hoping for, but I couldn't get samples to check unless I already placed an order for something else (which wasn't possible as these were the only things I needed). They are good quality though, and I really like that they are sustainable and biodegradable. Delivery was also very quick which was great, and customer service were quick to respond too, but being able to order a small sample pack in advance would be really helpful!
