High quality product and excellent service
It's difficult to find gift wrap suitable for small jewellery gifts, but after searching everywhere for mini gift bows I found exactly what I wanted at Kudos. I hope they will extend the range to include mini gift tags to complement small parcels.
The website is clear and easy to navigate. The checkout was easy, and I was pleased that they offered a printable VAT invoice.
I would definitely recommend Kudos, and will buy again.

Hello Wendy, thanks for your review! It would be good if we could get some feedback from fellow Jewellers on mini gift tags. The smallest at the moment are the Plain square / folded type of tag. Thanks again and we look forward to serving you again soon.
With regards from the Kudos team
Helpful and quick delivery.

Very good - thanks for your review Jayne
Great products, love the ethical range but quite pricey
Great products, fast delivery - only deducting one star as it's very expensive, especially with post and packaging on top. However I love that there are eco friendly options, just wish there was a cheaper postage option for smaller/lighter orders as this puts me off buying more regularly.

Thanks for your review and glad to hear that the goods reached you. It is only recently that we have added a new small order carriage charge better enabling small orders, which it sounds like you're using so I'm not sure what to suggest. Unfortunately packaging is a physical product that takes time and cost in the making and delivering.

Great customer service throughout
Great customer service throughout, helped get the right material/design tailored to the company website/branding. And resolved delivery quickly when courier partner tried to deliver before we were open.
Need to ensure review emails are not sent before delivery arrives. Maybe 7 days?

Thanks for your review David, glad to help. Thanks for your feedback regarding review emails, fully agree. We've tried to vary the timing but whatever you choose, it's fixed on the date customer places an order; rather than the day it's sent... when you could arrange a review to go a week after that. Let's hope Trustpilot pick up on it at some point.
Fast delivery excellent
