This company (if you could call it that) is a sham! Scooter arrived after about 15 days, then wouldn’t charge, so I messaged them with no reply. I gave up in the end and bought a new charger.
Then about a week later the charging port broke for some unknown reason, contacted again numerous times with no reply. Had to pay for a new charging port myself. There is no customer service, you get no replies back to emails and the country of origin is china so I would not call there and end up with a massive phone bill!!! Paid £550 for nothing but problems DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Very bad service isnt repling to me i wanted a refund because i ordered it by accident but they wont reply

After owning this m4 pro scooter for about 5 months, I would say i wasted my money. I have spent more time tighten bolt's. The handle bars are not worthy off the job. They come lose after 2mins off riding the scooter. I have now changed them as its DANGEROUS. I'm so unhappy happy with this scooter words cant say.All I would say is don't waste your money. Unless you injoy riding rattley and heavy death trap.

I have only given 1 star as I can't give no stars. Bluntly. Kugoo has 42 spare parts randomly listed on it's EU site. Given the number of scooters/bikes they produce that seems rather a small number.
My impression is that to the casual observer it appears they have after sales service.
They DO NOT have any after sales care. If you contact them by any means you can find; the first reply again gives the impression of prompt after sales service, your hopes are raised. After the initial response, you will receive reply's, if you receive any at all which are increasingly frustrating, do not relate to anything you have asked, and I am now convinced are intended to test the patience of a saint, until that saint gives up; disappointed, frustrated and angry, at the appalling way they treat their customers with contempt.
If you think I am exaggerating; before you purchase anything, pick a part of any product not listed in the aforementioned 42, and actually try to order it. You will not be able to. Scooters are complex machines and will require spares. Buyer be ware, if it breaks your only option is to throw it away

Vlůastním koloběžku Kugoo Kirin G 3 a musím podotknout že mám jen Dobré zkušenosti nejen díky rychlostí zaslání ale i kvalitou dílenského zpracování, Koloběžku mám bez problémů , jezdí se na ní lehce je dobře ovladatelná a to i v terénu .Pochválit musím baterii kdy max .dojezd mám o 15 km vyšší nežli udává výrobce . Za cenu kterou stojí Kugoo G 3 budete lepší koloběžku jen Tězce Hledat.

the scooter was pretty normal out of the box. but now, all the bolts fall out, I've had charger port issues, and it took MONTHS to contact them to send me a new port! now the replacement tires I have ordered are not even the size that they said they would be! I have been ripped off by the scum of the earth, they won't let me return anything and would make me pay the shipping cost and a 10% fee if I did. I want a charge back I'm so sad I lost ALL MONEY AND IM SUPER HOMELSS NOW JUST KIDDING. IT DID NOT EVEN LAST a year until I had to put more money in so I can fix it

I ordered a replacement part and they sent the wrong one twice. Now they are refusing to help me. Don't buy Kugoo!!

Avoid. Scooter arrived broken, took a week to get response. Was told quite rudely I needed to replace the part. Then the lights stopped working a week later. No response, then the whole scooter stopped working. No response. My son worked 3 months to afford this scooter and he was robbed. Noone responds to emails and you are ignored.

Scooter snapped underneath the foot plate in under 12 months ....there is no customer service...NONE WHATSOEVER ...you can email them ..but they don't answer ..ive tried both the emails they provide

I still can't believe people are still bying these scooters from this fraud company, please listen to me and read my reviews, they are fake con artists and the odd good review is from them!!.There is no customer service, they will steal your money.

Bought Koogo Kirin S4.
after 400km battery defect.
No Service, no support, they dont care. Regardless where you buy, direct or Geekmaxi, Koogo do not help customers. They dont even care for their brand reputation if dealers dont care.
It is illegal in EU to exclude the battery from warranty. when the product is no longer usable within 24M warranty with failed battery it must be replaced. you can only limit the performance of battery (70%..) , but not the general functionality.
My battery failed, the dont give replacement. I can throw the scooter into dustbin.
Will have to notice EU customer rights agency.
Dont buy. Better buy quality products from serious companies.

Do not buy from this company. I read the bad reviews and I emailed them asking if their customer service truly is reputable or not, they immediately responded, which made me feel safe to buy. We received the scooter with a flat tire. Customer service refused to even reply to me until I threatened them with a chargeback. They replied quickly after that and sent a new tire, that too did not hold air. Then the scooter started randomly jerking to a stop, like the brakes were being applied. At that point I emailed them and asked for a return. They have completely ignored me. Also, I paid extra for a warranty. I chose to do a chargeback, interestingly enough, they responded to that right away. Except they chose to withhold several of my messages, trying to make it look like they resolved the issue. I’m still fighting with them, but I’m hopeful that my credit card company will see through their lies. Please don’t buy from them, you will regret it!

Horrible. I bought a scooter, M4 Pro for my son for Christmas and continue to not function. It will go for about 20 feet and die. I have been in touch with customer support for six months and they have offered a few fixes none of which have worked. When I ask for a refund or replacement, they are silent. now they will not reply to my request. I would never buy from this company again. Waste of a lot of money.

Really positive experience. The scooter was delivered as described on the page. It was well packed. There were no shipping damages or missing parts. I got my scooter within 5 business day from placing the order. The scooter seems good quality. They even sent the scooter within 48 hours as they promised. (Note: This is NOT a sponsored review!)

I paid for a kugoo m4 Pro scooter on 26th March and 35 days later still no sign of it. Courier company never recieved it. Ive emailed said company numerous times and no one has got back to me. Finally reported it to trading standards who are now investigating. I've lost 750 pounds to company. PEOPLE AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS,THEY ARE NOTHING BUT SCAM ARTISTS

I purchased a KugooKirin G3 after a negative experience with a different brand that left me with 3 failed units I had to return so I was excited about the G3. The Kugoo brand has turned out to be an equal failure. The display shuts off randomly while riding and is restored only by stopping and cycling the power button off then on. No display when not riding mrans you dont know if the scooter is powered on. The power also cuts out while riding dropping the speed down to slow while still showing "2" or "3" in the gear indicator on the display. Third is the right headlight went out a couple weeks after purchase. Forth is the APP does not work at all when paired with the scooter. All of this is capped off by being asked to make videos of these failures repeatedly over a few months while waiting for people on holiday to return, back and forth in emails. Kind of tricky to film and ride and I'm not paid to be quality control or R&D for Kugoo. I bought a scooter to commute and for recreation not to manage product repair. How about communicating in a timely fashion and taking care of customers instead of trying to run out the warranty time? Or produce a reliable and safe product in the first place. FB has an entire page about the problems of the KugooKirin G3, I wish I had found that earlier. A greatly discounted scooter a few months after purchase is awesome also. Thanks for not responding in a timely manner or taking care of your failed scooter. It provided me with an opportunity to share with people my absurd experience with KugooKirin USA, their products and customer service. The reveiw portion on the KugooKirin USA webpage will not let me post either, it keeps indicating an "invalid email" how convenient, all 5 star reviews on the site. Dynamite business practices.

Keep a way as Kugoo have revised hundreds off complaints from the first year Kugoo started Manufacturering in 20 15 about selling faulty Electric Scooters to people but as Kugoo thought that they could get away with it wrong . Go to see the Chinese Embassador or wrigh to him ashe will put you in contact with a solicitor from the Courts off human rights as Kugoo has made hundreds off millions from selling Faulty Electric products as someone has to put a stop to this company as they are getting away with putting peoples life in Danger as Kugoo knows well that hundreds have sent in Complaints but Kugoo in good at tell people who told Kugoo over and over that they purchased the scooter or Electric bike from Kugoo sales on line . As they try to put you off by telling you to take it back to the shop where you Purchased it from . After telling these that you purchased it from Kugoo sales . Kugoo is a Billon Dollar company who has made there money from people who they have Scamed over the years as people Don't let these away with this as you will get your money back and a lot more as any court would find them Guilty as they show be close Down andthere money show be took from them . Go to the courts off human rights and but in a case against Kugoo company as I did .

Kugoo luxembourg des arnaques... j'ai acheté 1 pneu, et ils ont envoyé un pneu beaucoup plus large, que va pas sur la trotinette et ils n'ont pas reemboursé ni aucun solution. A fuir. Achetez moins cher chez amazon et service beaucoup mieux.

Do not recommend it!!! I purchased 2 kugoo g3 Pro directly on their website. Unfortunately, had an issue with the main board on both scooters with days of use. Sent several emails and no reply. Not even once. A real Scam everyone!!!!
