Iv got an kugoo m4 kirin and sorry to say I've brought better and safer cars than this only been used a few time and lets say its thats cheaply made its falling apart and unsafe to use i would stay away from buy 1 off them big waste of £600!!!

I got the kugoo g2 pro, it is a good scooter but doesn't do anywhere near the sated 31mph top speed even downhill, The customer service is terrible I contacted them about 5 times and had no. I would avoid and get a vsett, kaboo, solar

I bought the scooter only 3 months ago, i drive it normally on the best terrain possible. And now after only 3 months my engine releases smoke almost catching on fire.

Never buying the kugoo brand ever again.

Received a Kugoo Kirin Q06 Pro and worked ok for 2 weeks. Now after it’s fully charged it will only last 2-3 minutes then it turns off. It’s been 2 weeks and I can’t get a response from their email. The number listed is bad. I FEEL SCAMMED. This might be an off brand scooter. You can see other branded scooters on Amazon with the exact same parts. I should have done more research before purchasing. I will continue to make everyone aware of this issue on all possible platforms.

Returned a scooter to this company over a month ago due to financial issues. The company promised a refund and have since been ignoring my emails.
I am now left over £600 out of pocket and with no product and increasing costs due to not being able to make bill payment. Avoid this company at all costs.

Fuyez cette marque ! J'ai commandé une kugoo m4 pour 550 euros le 16 août 2022. On me dit qu'elle devrait être livrée sous 7 jours, et elle arrive le 20 septembre ...

Elle fonctionne nickel mais après 40 km le pneu avant est crevé
Bon je me dis que j'ai du rouler sur quelque chose alors je vais chez un réparateur professionnel pour mettre 2 pneus pleins (120 balles de plus)
Et je me dis qu'à partie de la je ne peux plus avoir de problème...

Et hop mi octobre l'étrier avant est mort. Je contact alors kugoo qui accepte (avec du mal) de me renvoyer la pièce (10 balles de plus pour les frais d'envois)

Bon aller c'est terminé, pneu neuf, frein neuf, je ne peux plus avoir de problème

Et bien nous sommes mi décembre, cela fait 3 mois que j'utilise la trottinette, et elle s'est mise il y a quelques jours à fumer de l'arrière !!
Kugoo me dit que le garde boue est foutu mais me dit aussi que je ne suis plus sous garantit car j'ai mis des pneus neuf chez un réparateur !!!

Donc très franchement fuyez cette marque, leur sav est en plus exécrable !!

This company customer service is a joke!! They are downright HORRIBLE!!! The phone number on the website doesn’t work and you can only chat with the one person. Yet that person answers when he wants to! I’ve sent emails and chats trying to repair my scooters with no response now that I paid for my parts to be shipped WEEKS ago!!! Sent videos that were asked for them he ghosted me! Just completely stopped responding with no reason why.

maybe I could get somebody to listen to me here I paid for a scooter $799 and I still have not received my scooter on my end. It says it was delivered but I have not gotten anything. I’ve emailed like 20 times try to call the number that it says their have message them and no response. I will probably have to take legal action of this. I pay too much money not to receive a Christmas gift that is supposed to be for my grandson maybe somebody here will listen to me or maybe they could read it and get back to me don’t buy from them

I had to give them 5 stars they have awesome customer support very responsive and do there best to help as much as possible

the people that seem to be giving one star have obvious use there scooters out in bad weather or user error by not setting the scooter up correctly you shuld never trust a scooter out the box always tighten every bolt or risk your own life. after 6 month your warranty on your battery is no longer valid as battery has a life span. like all other battery's you should always keep the battery at least. 30 % or risk lose of cells

My experience was very good. Because of what I went through I said that I promised to give a great review even if they did not expect it. Now stating that, I just now came across a majority of bad reviews as I am writing this. This makes me feel awkward and a high chance this won't help anyone else make a choice with the company.
Most of the time it takes me a long time to complete one major task because of how my life is but I get things done. Anyways, while I was ready to place my order the price for m4pro went up. I connected with a customer service rep through email and had a great experience finalizing a deal with an updated version of the model I wanted at a good price. After that the shipping was longer than expected but very understandable from the reps explanation. Then I received it, opened it, and put it together with not the best manual. All was good, minus a few minor things but nothing to complain about. Up till now for months I have been riding it and love it! I will not give much more details of the experience because the YouTube videos I have watched are better than what I could do.
Concluding my thoughts on behalf of other reviews, things happen, issues happen, and companies change all the time inside, and maybe I was lucky. I have been using my scooter for many months now, less than 6 months and it's still strong!

i managed to leave out half of my address and was worried that it didnt get delivered but they managed to sort it out with the correct address and all was fine it came in 12 days thankyou kugoo .

If you read these reviews and still buy one then your off your head and I've zero sympathy. This mob are the worst I've ever encountered. I've written reviewa on them here previously but can't see them. Long story short. I've been battling with them for 9 months over a scooter I bought as a Christmas present last year . And had the same problems as everyone else ( no contact or replys to emails for days sometimes weeks etc). They did eventually send me a replacement scooter 3 weeks ago (not a new one , a used one) . It worked once and now has an e6 error code and will not move. Unbelievable. The quality of these scooters is horrific. Now I'm back to square one and 6 emails later to market and service @kugoo scooters I've not had one reply. Trying to go through my bank now to get my money back as I've just given up. With Christmas coming up I know people will be tempted to take a gamble but please please do not. You will regret it

Oh how i wish id read trustpilot first ordered scooter direct from kugoo china familiar story not in stock paid more for different model weeks passed not delivered tracking number not recognised eventually they said lost in transit then stopped replying to emails had to start paypal dispute to get refund be very careful

I purchased m4 Pro. When it arrived it had defects. I took pictures and straight away I contacted the customer service(it's a scam). Their emails were not being delivered. They didn't reply for 14 days. After 14 days they replied and it was wrost experience of my life. I will I could post screen shots of the chat. Being a woman some time I think is that's how they treat womens in China. Whole lost is a scam. Please avoid buying from them. They also running websites kugooscooter. uk/

Tant que la trottinette n'est pas payée, on vous répond aux mails. Une fois livrée pour un problème de pièce cassée pendant le transport... plus aucune réponse du sav, et ce n'est pas faute d'envoyer des messages courtois!
Après chaque utilisation, prenez le temps de revisser à chaque fois les vis de fixations. Trottinette vraiment fragile... si vous freinez du frein avant, on sent la potence verticale craquer sous votre poids. C'est un jouet pour enfant!
A fuir... et trottinette et Sav.

I bought the Kugoo S1 Plus in January 2021 to use for short journeys to go to the gym. It worked fine for 3 months and then the problems started. At first the scooter started to beep loudly and the scooter would barely keep a charge. Then it stopped charging and turning on altogether. I contacted Kugoo support and they said the problem was with the charging port and sent me one, but when I changed it there was no difference and my scooter still wouldn't turn on. I also tested the voltage on the battery and it was at normal levels. I contacted support again to get them to honor my warranty and repair or replace my scooter but they completely ignored all further messages after I received the charging port. They offered no avenue for refund and I am completely dissatisfied with this experience. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO BUY SCOOTERS OR ANY PRODUCTS FROM THIS COMPANY!

I Bought The Kugoo M4 pro scooter (not direct from a supplier) I Have Paid £460 To Find The Handle Grips Are Uncomfortable, The Trigger accelerator and right hand brake is but awkward and uncomfortable I think, the reason I only think is because I used it once to only find the back tyre was flat & you can't un screw the dust cap to pump tyre up because it has no movement and cap can't move , so I now have to find repair shop to take the back wheel off just to blow the tyre up , A FEW BAD DESIGNS WITH THE LITTLE THINGS that now become BIG = Rear Tyre, handle grips, trigger acceleration and rod to handle bars slides because if you tighten the clip tight as it needs the clip would snap

Purchased a scooter, was told the scooter would be delivered 5 - 7 days. Weeks later still nothing arrived. When contacted told it was an error with shipping. Eventually got my money back, but it was difficult. Overall the service was very poor, communications and customer service is very poor. I truly would not recommend buying from this company. It just isn't worth all the hassle that comes with buying a scooter from them.

Avoid this company! Do not buy from them.
I saw the reviews for the company here on trustpilot and thankfully I had not been able to receive the scooter the first time they sent it out (Due to a fault of their own) and I have now decided to return it. I ordered the m4 pro. It said on their website that it was in stock. Turns out, it was not. Soon I received an email from them telling me that the scooter was out of stock and they offered me either to wait for it to be restocked or choose a different model. But the money was taken from my bank account the same day, no problem there! The after sales service was bad, part of my messages were ignored and not answered and it often took a long time for them to answer. I can only imagine the trouble I would have gone through if I had kept the scooter. I will be paying the shipping costs (of 59 euros apparently) and then I should, hopefully, be free from this horrible company. In conclusion, avoid buying their products!
