J’ai commandé une Kugoo Kirin M4 pro. La trottinette est arrivée avec un chargeur défectueux, déjà que le délai de livraison était long j’ai du attendre 3 semaines supplémentaire pour en avoir un autre et pouvoir m’en servir. 500km plus tard la valve de mon pneu arrière s’avère défectueuse (pas de crevaison liée à un objet tranchant), la valve fuit de sa base.

Fuyez KUGOO, pas de magasin physique, SAV vraiment pas terrible, une fois que vous avez acheté chez eux espérez ne pas avoir de soucis.

I bought the Kugoo M3 scooter. Originally I had ordered the m4 pro - I changed my mind after ordering. The staff and customer service was brilliant. They allowed me to change the order before shipment was made.

On receiving the scooter, I was really happy with the delivery and packaging. After charging, I finally got to try the scooter out. Great scooter, great uphill climbing ability(My Xoami scooter does not go uphill). With the M3, it comes with an nfc card. After a week, I had some issues, quickly resolved with help from customer service. They sent me extra keys for free. and helped me install an app to rebind the key if needed or switch off the function if preferred.

I wish there were physical stores in the UK. Hopefully they decide to open shops here.

I love my scooter, m3 front suspension is great, feels like the back could do with some too. Hits 37 km/hr with ease, however, I prefer to go in drive mode with a max speed of 25 km/hr. I love having the option of the extra bit of speed. Climbs uphill without a problem, in fact, it accelerates uphill on most occasions.

All in all, I am very happy with my purchase.

I also forgot to mention, they are sending me a free scooter bag as my order took a few extra few days to arrive.

If I had to give one con, it would be, the brakes are no regenerative, they don't charge the scooter as you brake or coast. This would be a fantastic addition in future models.

Oh gosh I am so sorry I did not read the below reviews before I just purchased a scooter. I received an e-mail stating that it was now out for delivery and giving me a tracking number. This tracking number apparently is not a valid one for DPD. They then send me a different tracking number.....guess what? not a valid tracking number either. I have now written 5 e-mails and have not got a response on my queries. I won't be recommending Kugoo and after reading reviews I expect a substandard scooter!

J'ai commander une kugoo kirin m4 pro et ça leurs a pris 22 jours pour l'expédier et 4 jours pour la livrer chez moi donc j'enlève une étoile, ils nom jamais répondu à mais mails donc j'enlève aussi une étoile et pour se qui est de la trottinette électrique elle fonctionne très bien elle est en parfaite état, elle a juste quelque griffure sur l'écran ou s'affiche les km.

Got the s4, wife used it for work, after 2 weeks the battery started to drop from 89% to 6 very randomly, so told the after sales, which stupidly wanted a video of it happening, even after saying it happens when riding it, they took it, said they couldn’t find the issue, an just replaced the battery, got it back, battery fully charged to 83%.
Few months later(July) wife hears a crunch sound and scooter stops working, so we left it into a local shop for it to be repaired, won’t be buying from kugoo again we also bought the S1 which never had an issue. But would not recommend any kugoo site or after sales team

The scooter came with one of the side lights working intermittently and it stoped to work on the first day. I emailed Geekmaxi, were it was aquired, explaining the problem and sent a video showing that just one side light is working. They ignored the video and my explanation and answered me that it is normal because this scooter have no side lights. I insisted that it have, but they said that it was the answer from the Kugoo technician, what for me doesn't make sense (we can easily confirm on the kugoo website that this model have side lights). I asked then where are that 7 lights that are announced, because i just have six: 3 back lights, 2 front lights and one on the right side (that was not supposed to exist by their theory). I got no response till now, so today(13/06/2022) i had to open to check it by myself, and there are obviously 3 led lights that illuminates the side reflector (when they work). But... Kugoo keeps insisting that there are no side lights in this model. Both Geekmaxi and Kugoo ignored my photos and videos with one of the sides working and other not. Too bad to be true.

Bon jusque là ok...
Puis je reçois un mail indiquant l'envoie avec un numéro de suivi je me dis cool ça va arriver... J'attend une semaine et le suivis ne bouge pas je contact donc Kugoo et aussi le transporteur. Aucune réponse de Kugoo mais le transporteur m'informe que oui le bon d'expedition à été créer mais non aucun coli ne leur à été transmis...
Je contact donc Paypal pour faire un litige et eux ouvre un dossier...
Quelques jours plus tard je reçois un mail de Kugoo me disant que l'on m'avait prévenu que l'envoi aller avoir du retard, que là il avait été expédier et que je de retirer mon dossier...
Je regarde le suivi et le coli devais m'être livrer le lendemain.
Je décide d'attendre pour être sûr de le recevoir...
J'ai bien fais, la journée passe et pas de colis...
Je contact directement UPS pour savoir ce qu'il se passe et on m'informe que le coli n'a tout simplement été remis à UPS...

Tengo una Kugoo B2, el otro día tuve un problema con la aplicación móvil y no era capaz de conectarla. Mandé un email y me dijeron que tenía que hacer para solucionarlo.

Tienen que reponer el M4 Pro de 18ah, era el mejor
Compré un M4 Pro de 18 Ah y sigue como el primer día, es una pena que ya no tengan stock de este modelo....

He preguntado varias veces al servicio de atención al cliente, tanto por Instagram como por email, siempre me han respondido con amabilidad y me han resuelto todas mis dudas.

Muy contenta con el servicio de atención al cliente, me respondieron rápidamente y muy amable. No encontraba como recuperar la contraseña de mi cuenta y me enviaron otra automática para que pudiera entrar y modificarla.

I wait for the kugoo m4 pro scooter 10 days which is ok.I made 50 kilometres and I charged it one time.After that it has a problem with charging and I sent emails with the service for 5 days and nothing yet.At the begining they said to me that it is battery problem and they will replace it,the next day they said it is charger's issue and i have to try another charger but i haven't.And among all the others i send them 30 euro for the shipping of the battery(battery that i will not take eventually).So i bought a scooter to go around with my foot.The better advertisement people of the Kugoo are WE,the people who bought your products and you lost it.

Jetzt haben wir Ostern und der Scooter, den ich letztes Jahr im Oktober geliefert bekommen habe, läuft noch immer nicht. Bekomme immer wieder Ersatzteile und Videos zugeschickt, allerdings ohne Erfolg. Frustrierend! Kann mich nur wiederholen: Hände weg von dieser Firma!

People do not buy anything off these guys they are an absolute disgrace I bought a kugoo kirin in December and already my electrics have failed and last wk my motor went and there trying to tell me that because I have puncture proof tyres that’s what caused it absolutely shocking really is I’ve nothing but trouble with my kugoo scooter share the word people do not buy there products there absolute shambles of a company

Köpte en G3 på Indiegogo, den skulle ha 1200w motor och gå i 50kmh, den går i max 40kmh, det kom ett paket med en vacker scooter, som skulle visa sig vara en mardröm, den va seg som sat.. och när den kom upp i lite temperatur så började den slå av, det var kortet som rök, kort 2 och testkörning, fungerarde bättre, men efter ca 20min körning och temperatur på ca 85°, så började den rycka i lätt uppförsbacke.. så nu står den och samlar damm.

Hi, ordered a G3, waited 4 months for delivery,the thing lasted 10 minutes and approximately 1 mile and cut out, won't work and tried all sorts to get it working again,a known fault on this new model, kugoo are useless and won't refund me as they say under Chinese law they don't have to,I have made a chargeback claim via my bank/credit card company,this G3 is going straight in the bin when I get my refund,what a waste of time,zero stars not an option.Good luck everyone who has ordered from kugoo as you are going to need it.👍👍👍

Just finished an indiegogo campaign with kugoo, the g3, massively overspecced without the science to prove things such as top speed. worst thing for me was the lack of comms from them to us (the backers - the people paying for this product to be developed), not telling me when its to be delivered... ive no confidence from the support threads that kugoo will properly support this product as they refused to respond to our general queries...

EDIT:
So, the speed controller broke. They sent us a replacement and asked myself and multiple other buyers to manually replace the speed controller ourselves by disassembling the scooter. They provided a chinese only youtube video (they have now added subtitles apparently).
I requested a refund under warranty, they have refused, wanting to send a replacement. I do not want anymore of their substandard products so i am cutting my losses. This is a 999USD purchase so im not doing this lightly. The scooter has travelled a grand total of 1 meter.

I strongly suggest everyone avoid this company as safety, customer satisfaction are not their primary concern.

bought kirim g1. delivery took 5 days. scooter works and runs nicely

Good customer service, but the part takes forever to get here,
After a month charger broke. They said they sent one off 3 month no charger a 2ed one sent out. After 5 months Finley got A charger.
