Kugooscooter.fr sont vraiment au plus bas niveau professionnalisme. J'ai trouvé des produits neufs moins cher que chez la marque elle même. De plus ils sont capables d' annuer les commandes des clients mécontents sans aucun motifs légitimes. Un signalement au service répression des fraudes est cours. DONT BUY IN THIS STORE! Incompétent ne mérite que de l'intransigeance ! Bonne continuation.

I’ve ordered my boys x2 scooters from this website on the 29/10/21 and still not received anything! The scooters cost over £2000 please help

I actually ordered from kugooscooter.uk which this seller also use to sell his scooters. Now three weeks and still waiting. Opened a paypal case and now i am hoping i will get my money back. So anybody reading this dont buy from
kugooscooter.com or kugooscooter.uk as you will regret it.

I ordered the kirin m4 pro as a means of transport to work when my scooter arrived it didn’t have a voltage meter and the seat fixture was missing I asked them for a refund but they claimed the scooter was fine and that there was nothing missing when there clearly was I finally convinced them to take it back after threatening court action now they are claiming that they can’t assure that the new one they send out will not be broken 😡 suprised thar businesses like this are still running tbh 😡😡😡

I bought a scooter from this company in early Spring, after 25k it broke down and I informed the company, they said I want entitled to a refund as it wasn't within 14 days, they couldn't repair it as their workshop was closed because of covid but I could get an engineer at my expense to follow their video to find a solution, which I did, now they do not answer my ever increasing demands for a replacement or refund. £500 DOWN THE DRAIN, be warned, this company is to be avoided.

Ich habe ein S1 gekauft. Und ich fahre gerne. Wenn ich Fragen oder Probleme hatte, wurden sie direkt kontaktiert und gelöst. Nachdem Bestellung kommt er in 3 Tagen das war sehr schnell. Ich hatte mit dem Akku Problem gehabt und die hatten mir ein neuem Akku in 2 Tagen geschickt . Und ich kann über WhatsApp immer erreichen. Der Service ist sehr gut. Danke Kugoo.

Ordered a scootwr two weeks ago. Website and customer service state takes a max of 8 days. Tracking doeabt actually track abd only tastes that thr scooter was picked up from. The factory in Poland. Paypal case opened ti get my. Money back

It broke after a month and refused to give me a refund

Purchased the M4 Pro from Amazon had battery issue when it arrived. Worked fine for 100 miles and battery no longer charges. No response from seller Sportshack on Amazon waiting on Amazon now

Had to buy a new charger and the back tyre was was flat because of a puncture so have to buy a new one and have it fitted.
did email within 7 days and got no reply.

Good afternoon friends, I bought a kugoo M4 pro electric scooter 1 month ago. First, a week later, the steering wheel rack broke, the bolts were short and scrolled, (and this is a new scooter of 2021) almost created an emergency situation because of this. The store said the service is not working today, bring it tomorrow, but it was still necessary to wait for the mechanic to be released. We wanted to immediately exchange it for a new one, but we said we had to wait for the mechanic, he did it all day, but we wanted a new one, we were told after a while we could pick up a new one. We were satisfied and came for a new one, took a new one, it broke down in the same place after 5 minutes, (if there was a problem why it was impossible to see the rest of the scooters) we came back, and decided to pick up which was repaired. It was made well and reliably, but this is not a new scooter, but a repaired one, it's a shame because the store positions itself as a kugoo dealer. An unpleasant residue remained. Then a month later, we broke the tire and decided to contact the service again, through the manager, but they told us that the service was not working. Yes, as it is, the middle of summer is the peak of work and there is no service, and we were given service and maintenance. What is this?! In general, the store does not have very good impressions of the service, too, and the scooter does not suit us either, it is constantly necessary to twist something to repair. In general, I did not like everything.

Do not buy from this company I got the kirin s1 Scooter it was ok at first but now it shuts down on a full charge kugoo will not answer my emails I've put a review up on there website but they took it down terrible customer service do not buy anything of this company

I wish I read the company reviews before I parted with my money....tried to cancel the order and got zero response. Customer service is awful. Now I've got to open a dispute with PayPal and hope they refund me :(

This company is shocking, goods got lost in transit in Germany and kugoo would not refund me saying when they get a refund from DHL then I would get mine. Fortunately paypal got involved and now i have had a refund. Also they are very poor in replying. DO NOT BUY FROM KUGOO

Avoid kugoo m4 electric scooter - stem is loose and can't be tightened - very unsafe and dangerous to use. Kugoo not honouring warranty and refusing to send replacement stem for scooter to make secure and safe.

I ordered the S1 Pro on 26th June and it's been almost 2 weeks. They said my package would be shipped from Poland to Germany first and then to UK. The tracking number they gave me shows a package was delivered to Germany on the 2nd of July. I emailed them and they keep telling me they will let me know when it is shipped from Germany. Has anyone not gotten their package?! I paid with PayPal can I get a refund if they scammed me ?!! PLEASE HELP - I don't see a way to comment on a review here so I'll just keep checking the reviews here for help. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP!

Update - I received my E-scooter on the 9th oh July. Packaging was in good condition. Only thing is that it's very shaky, vibrates a lot on the roads. Seriously considering changing the tires.

Got the scooter and the battery packed in after 3 weeks,waiting over 2 months for a new battery off them and still no sign and they have stopped answering my emails…. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

Hi All, If anyone is reading this and is able to help. I bought a scooter off the website which says 7day full refund policy, on the 2nd day scooter stopped working and was told by the team its a faulty battery and they will send me a new one, as i am in my 7day refund period, will i be able to get a refund, if not then has anyone paid through paypal and was able to get a refund?

1star is too many.

We bought this scooter in December 2020, and by February 2021 it would no longer charge. (We came back from a ride, plugged it in, heard a “pop” & saw smoke). After reaching out MANY times to both Kugoo and the seller, providing photos and videos of the problem, they decided in mid-JUNE that they wouldn’t honor the warranty citing “it shorted out because it got wet”.

Nope. We never rode it in the rain, and it was always stored indoors.

Worthless customer service. Huge waste of €845. Buyer beware.

Scooter worked great for a few months. Then motor bearings went.

Warranty asked for pictures, proof of purchase, etc. Very responsive until i asked how to proceed. Never heard back again.
