I brought a kugoo S1 pro just over a year ago and after 5 weeks it just died!!!!!!, I have been in contact with kugoo who I brought it directly from since. The battery life died but they wouldn’t replace it?, 5 times I sent them requested videos of the problem but every time they wanted another video even after sending a video of it working with another battery. Do not buy a kugoo I have all email and corespondents to prove how bad this company is. Please don’t buy a kugoo I’ve done it twice and I’m still regretting it a year after the last one

I bought 2 as Christmas presents from 2 different store and since boxing day I've had nothing but trouble first handle bars came loose still today can't be repaired, then to top if off getting a puncture might aswell mean bin it trying to change the inner tubes are ridiculous, the struggle trying to replace it isn't worth the hassle, but if you do manage to change it especially the rear one you'll either end up with a wobbling hub and the breaks probably won't work, my kids get about 3 days out of a month on them b4 something comes loose or breaks then it takes hrs to try fix or replace, to say I paid all this money I'm very disappointed and most definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND

The worst company and scooter I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with.
Bought the G booster direct from kugoo, I have to say that I have never encountered a customer service this extraordinary, it is so shockingly appalling.
I received my scooter over a month from ordering it, when I received it dispite paying £30.00 it was standard and it showed when I received it, as the box was torn to shreds the lights on the scooter had been damaged, the scooter wouldn't charge up, the seat couldn't be fitted as the holes wasn't drilled properly.
When I contacted kugoo they were painfully slow to respond and never got the issue sorted in the end, as they were completely unwilling to send a box to send it back, how disappointing, in the end I spend alot of money hiring a engineer to fix these issues.
However, was able to reclaim the money for the scooter, back from my credit card company.
HERE IS MY MESSAGE TO YOU ALL, I ABSOLUTELY BEG OF YOU TO NEVER UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, DISPITE HOW MUCH YOU LOVE THE LOOK OF THE SCOOTER OR WHETHER THE CHEAP PRICE OF WHAT APPEARS TO BE A GOOD SCOOTER, DO NOT BUY THIS SCOOTER YOU WILL JUST BE INVITING TROUBLE FOR YOURSELF.

Bought a kugoo G2 pro
Bought a kugoo G2 pro, had damage to plastic, damage to rubber on handle bar like it had been dropped and the metal punctured through, then went past 20mph and the thing felt like was skating on ice. Got home took it off the floor, spun the wheels and it had wobbly wheels, very uneven which was causing the problem, luckily I didn't buy direct from kugoo and I am getting a refund, but you can just Google kugoo wheel wobble and there's lots of Google results, mainly on there top model, the g booster

I ordered a kugoo g-max that I received after 2 months after when their shop was literally 10 min drive from my home. I took it for a first ride and thats it, it just stopped responding after that, I could turn it on but no throttle. I’ve been emailing their customer service since but never got an answer from them. Avoid this company as much as you can. I’m back to my Mi pro 2, less powerful but never had a single problem with in more than a year of daily use.

A complete rip off. Crappy product and no customer service.
I'll revise if I hear from them, but I don't have high hopes. Very sad. I need the scooter for transportation and I can't afford to lose so much money. I don't know what I'm going to do.

UPDATE: They have continued to give me the runaround and will not send a shipping label for me to send the broken scooter back. They have offered $120 to get it repaired, but that doesn't cover the cost of the hourly fee for the mechanic... Essentially, I have lost $650 and all I have to show for it is a broken scooter. This is a TERRIBLE company. Seriously... do not waste your money.

I bought a kugoo M4 kick scooter at the end of July 2020, two months after the battery life started to be really short, I could run only for 5/6Km (at the beginning it was 20Km) so I contacted the customer service explaining the situation. After I sent some videos as a proof of what I was saying and after several emails they decided that the problem was not the battery but the charging port. So they sent me a charging port which I had to change myself having not an easy life to do it. So I tested it for couple of weeks but the problem was still there. I contacted again the customer service explaining my experience with the new charging port and their answer, which I got it on the 1th of December, was that the scooter was been used for 4 months (I contacted them when the battery was only 2 months old) and aging of battery would make less range; also that the battery gets shorter in winter (it was shorter also 2 months ago when there was no cold weather) and that from my last video I sent them they saw that I didn't fully charge my battery (this is what I'm trying to tell them...the problem is the battery!!!!! It doesn't fully charge so the problem is this!!!). After my reply to their last email I didn't receive any response at all. They get rid of their customer trying to blame them for their faulty items. By the way the battery has 6 months of warranty so I have all the rights to get my assistance for a faulty scooter. Now they don't leave me any chance but get chased from my lawyer! It's absolutely the worst customer service ever. Please don't buy anything from this company to avoid the same issue!

I pre-ordered a scooter as there were none in stock. I messaged them first to make sure I would have it on time for Christmas. They told me they were due in early November so I ordered one. Mid November came and I heard nothing so I emailed them again and eventually got back to me to say they were delayed. They wanted me to purchase another one and pay extra. It always took several days to get a reply. I looked for a refund and had to email several times before they processed a refund. When I got my refund it was €10 less than the price I paid. Emailed them several times to ask them to pay the balance and they never replied. DO NOT BUY FROM KUGOO!

They seem to have 7 day warranty for a reason they know it will brake by then! But as a customer you have a minimum of 30 days rights so I am sure this is illegal. They need to be shut down and I hope all of these reviews will be taken seriously by trustpilot who maybe able to help advise in this. They only able to cope with taking customers money and nothing else ! I’ll be getting a PURE scooter but am now out of pocket £300 because of no responses or resolution to a faulty scooter which was bought for a birthday and used once within 2 weeks !
They won’t last long doing this to all their customers, I just hope no one gets hurt in the meantime on one of these faulty scooters because they are dangerous and complete waste of money.

I bought a scooter from them and it arrived from China and was faulty.
They don’t issue a refund! And lie that they will come to collect the scooter! Don’t be fooled.
