Avoid kugoo and geekbuying altogether. Worst aftersales ever. Spare parts nonexistent anywhere.

I purchased 3 of this scooter, 2 of them in 2019 on Geekbuying, while the last one in 2020 through Aliexpress. The first 2 works well, so this was the reason to choose again the same brand, but now I know it was a really big mistake. This item is sold in theory with warranty: 1 year of the main parts but 14 days also on small parts. In less than a week of use the rear fender got broken without any reason. Contacted the seller but got no reply at all, so Aliexpress refunded a part of the money and purchased a new fender. At this point I had some clue that the warranty might only be theoretical...but soon after the purchase I have learned the lesson! In less than 2 months of use the scooter just started to fell apart...suddenly the ring-clamp of the handlebar just broke and flew away while in use, didn't even find the parts. And the brake, an essential part for safety didn't work in gear 2. I have contacted the seller again via Aliexpress chat since there is no any other option! After asking me for video, the seller who said to be Kugoo, the manufacturer and official dealer itself offered me to send the replacement parts and then I deal with them the way I want... When I reminded him of the fact that in the conditions of the warranty is written: that any attempt to fix the device will void the warranty due to being the body open, I was offered to send back the scooter to Poland on my own cost! As far as I know in Poland there is only a logistical basis, and I didn't get any informations about the service – though I asked for – where the scooter will be checked. So I have no clue who would touch and replace the brake...a proper serviceman or just anyone who has some spare time. Moreover I didn't see the reason why I should pay the courier when this is not written at all in the conditions! After sharing all this thoughts with Kugoo, I didn't get any more reply at all! Considering all the aboves: now I have an almost new scooter impossible to use since is not safe and Kugoo who claims itself to be very customer orientated just don't care! Neither for the quality they sell nor for the safety of their clients!

i purchased on saturday morning, 30 mins later i emailed and said to cancel as i needed to order something difeerent, bear in mind this product was over £400, no repose.
I have emailed over 10 times messaged over 10 called tired to get them on Facebook, i will leave this review wherever i can on the internet. absolute Conn i am also having to speak with my bank. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, I WILL REMOVE IF MY PAYMENT IS CANCELLED AND REFUNDED.

Terrible, worst quality ever. I've got my scooter and after 6 days the screw of the back wheel came off, and so the red light of the brake stopped working. Costumer service replied after 2 days saying they could do a refund just after 7 days for malfunction . So I've got a scooter worth nothing, go for other brands like Xiaomi.

Terrible customer service. They will try to avoid you. If they do reply they will just acknowledge your problem but not solve it. Do not recommend.

Terrible Terrible Terrible - Product, company and support staff. Please avoid ALL KKUGOO e-scooters.... they would not last you a week.... Total waste of money. you'd be better buying other makes.... once you pay you might as well forget about after sale support.
They will find any excuse to null the warranty. In case you purchased one of their products and it goes faulty, they ask you take it apart, refuse to do that.... because they will find any excuse to blame you of damaging the product.... they are so bad, its not a joke. ***DO NOT TRUST THEM***

I purchased the kugoo s1 Pro and received the product faulty after 1 week. The fault was that the grip material on the board was fitted incorrectly which resulted in air bubbles to the material.
I sent an email looking for a solution and received a reply from Nicole from Kugoo asking me to put pin holes in to the material. I found this solution to be unacceptable as the material will still rip if used as it was fitted incorrectly.
I have asked for a return label as I have a right to return faulty goods or the full repair of the product.
I will update this review once I have received a reply for the next steps going forward.
I find it totally unacceptable for a company like Kugoo to propose that I start sticking pins in to the material they fitted incorrectly.
These scooters are checked multiple times so they would of known about this fault before sending it out to me.

as quick am i to judge them for the last coue months, the correct part turnt up on first class delivery from there factory and the scooter now after 3 days works how it should, great bit of kit when now perfectly.

Absolutely horrendous company, biggest mistake i made was ordering on their website. customer service is non existence. Once you have placed you’re order they will not allow you to return the product. Which states on there website you can do within 7 days. Stay away and do not place any orders with them. If anything goes wrong, they will not reply to you're emails and if they do a lady called nicole just gives you a very basic reply, and at the end writes HAVE A NICE DAY (not resolving the matter), they will be no help at all. When i asked for a returns label to return my parcel, they were very adamant to offer me $20 for compensation. I have asked for a process of return not compensation. Still in dispute with this matter.

I order the scooter from this page 3 days ago before when i talk with somebody they said to me the scooter will be dispatched after 1-2 days ,i send lot of email to this company and nothing ,nobody contact with me ,i paid 599$ and scared this is scam

Why is there no reviews about them. How much can be trust, I'll like to order a electric scooter from.
